Michael Lohan may be right to suspect Lindsay’s accuser of being dishonest, as an onlooker who witnessed Lindsay alleged altercation with Tiffany Eve Mitchell says that the incidence has been ‘blown out of proportion.’ Read on for all the inside scoop!
Lindsay Lohan will be in court on Jan. 7 for allegedly assaulting Tiffany Eve Mitchell on Nov. 29 in Avenue nightclub in NYC. Lindsay allegedly struck Tiffany in the face, but now an onlooker has come forward and tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that all is not what it seems, and that Tiffany was “laughing” after the alleged assault.
Lindsay and Tiffany were reportedly both trying to flirt with The Wanted singer Max George, when a alleged scuffle broke out and Lindsay was said to have hit Tiffany. Lindsay was then arrested and later summoned for court. However, an onlooker has told HollywoodLife.com what really happened.
“Nah, a lot more was made out to have happened then actually did. I think it was all blown out of proportion. [Tiffany] had no bruises, she wasn’t hurt. She stood outside laughing with her friends afterwards! She didn’t even want to get in the ambulance when it came.”
How suspicious. Michael Lohan, Lindsay’s father, recently spoke to HollywoodLife.com about her ordeal, and he revealed that he has hired a private detective to investigate Tiffany, as he believes that she was trying to pin something on Lindsay that never happened.
What do YOU think, HollywoodLifers? Do you think Lindsay is the victim of an opportunist?
