Pippa and James, Kate’s two younger siblings, both visited the Duchess in the hospital on Dec. 5 as she recovers from acute morning sickness. Prince William has also been visiting his wife daily! So nice!
Kate Middleton was admitted to King Edward VII Hospital in London on Dec. 3, just as it was announced she is officially expecting! She is currently suffering from hyperemesis gravidarum, an acute form of morning sickness. Kate must be very loved — on Dec. 5, she received another visit from her devoted husband Prince William, as well as younger sister Pippa Middleton, 29, and younger brother James, 25.
Celebrities have been tweeting their congratulations in the wake of the royal baby news, and now Kate’s family is showing their support by visiting her in the hospital.
Kate was admitted to the hospital, where she is receiving treatment in the form of intravenous fluids. Experts tell HollywoodLife.com that being hospitalized happens often since morning sickness causes the expectant mother to eat and drink less than normal, and should subside by the fourth month of pregnancy.
William has been the perfect husband, visiting Kate every day since she was admitted.
However, there is one person who definitely won’t be visiting her — The Queen! People reports that “[Queen Elizabeth] doesn’t normally go because it disrupts the running of the hospital. The Duchess just wants to recover and get out.”
Since the acute morning sickness that Kate is suffering from is common in mothers who are expecting twins, some reports have surfaced saying there might be two royal babies in 2013!
What do YOU think HollywoodLifers? Is Kate lucky to have such a supportive family?
