The natural lifestyle expert looked stunning at PETA’s Cruelty-Free Shopping Guide Launch Event at The Body Shop on December 5 in New York City. Hilaria told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY about her favorite beauty brands — all of which never test on animals.
When she’s not hitting the gym or the red carpets with husband Alec, Hilaria Baldwin, 28, is speaking up about cruelty-free beauty products and practices. “I want to feel like I’m looking my best, but not at the expense of animals,” says Hilaria about her interest in high-quality makeup products that are in no way tested on animals.
Hilaria models for the cover of PETA’s Cruelty-Free Shopping Guide, a comprehensive list of beauty brands that do not participate in or in any way support product testing on animals. To prove that you can support cruelty-free companies and still get trendy quality products, Hilaria told us about her favorite beauty picks!
Hilaria gushed over Urban Decay’s expansive color cosmetics collection. The brand has as many vegan options as it does pretty shades of eyeshadow and lipstick! She wore all Urban Decay eye makeup for this event.
For beauty on the go, Hilaria loves The Body Shop Hi-Shine Lip Treatment. She keep the “amazing, shiny” formula in her purse for a pretty sheen of color that dresses up any look no matter what you’re wearing!
On her days off, Hilaria enjoys keeping her makeup look “simple, bare, and naked,” a trait she shares with hubby Alec — whom she reveals hates the fuss of primping and grooming beyond what’s required of him on sets! She uses Burt’s Bees Carrot Nutritive Day Cream even on her makeup-free days to keep her skin glowing and gorgeous.
