Kristen and Rob were planning on spending the holidays together, but according to a new report, the couple has decided to celebrate Christmas separately with their own families!

A new report says Kristen Stewart‘s Thanksgiving with Robert Pattinson‘s family in London was “nerve-wracking,” prompting the twosome to go their separate ways for the holidays. Oh no!

A source tells Heat, “The family were smiling at Kristen and looking totally at ease on the red carpet, (during the Twilight: Breaking Dawn – Part 2 premiere) but back at the family home over the following weekend things were more difficult.”

“They had a meal on Thanksgiving, and it was nerve-wracking for Kristen. She felt very uncomfortable and Rob’s sisters couldn’t be completely welcoming,” said the source. “It won’t go back to normal straight away, even if Rob has decided to try again.”

“Rob’s mum wanted him to spend Christmas with them in London and, before their trip to the UK, that had been his and Kristen’s plan. From London, they were going to fly to Mexico for New Year,” the source explained.

But that’s all changed now.

“Rob’s family made it clear that they really want to see him over Christmas and, after the intense promotional tour for Twilight, Rob liked the idea of spending time alone with his family,” said the source.

if this is true and he wants to spend christmas without K and move directly from London to Australia, i´m sure robsten is over
just in case they just shortly reconciled and he has to go to Australia for work for a long time it should be his biggest wish to stay with K as much as possible, if he realy loves her. Just to say he needs time to think about the wright decision is just poor, nothing more.
if this story is real he just reconciled for PR, for his money out of box office and just to look like the good and gentle man who was giving K a second chance, but he never realy wanted to do it. If this is true he never loved her it was just a show for his own.
i´m sure, if its true, that K is now at the point to move on from him, and thats what he wanted, because he just want to look like he is the good one and if K moves on it is not his fault its just K fault.again.
If K decides to move on he can say that she did it and not him. And then he will looking good to his fans again and K is the bad one again.

Sounds to me like Rob is under his mother’s and sister’s thumbs. Sounds to me like they run his life and he has to do what they tell him to do. Be home for Christmas you are not spending it with Kristen. We are more important than she is. DO NOT BRING HER WITH YOU EITHER. So if he listens to them he needs a good kick up the backside, and it goes to show that he doesn’t really love her, and he lets them tell him what to do, just like he lets his friends tell him what to do. I think Kristen needs to think about her relationship with Rob if this is the way he is treating her. Kristen deserves someone that will love her for her and not for what she has done for them as an actor. Yes they did not spend Christmas together last year. But they did spend New Years together. But if he is going straight from London to Australia than he won’t be spending New Years with Kristen either. So that means he will be away from her for at least 4 months. If she is not allowed to join him in Australia. But if he spent Christmas with his parents last year and she spent Christmas with her family why can’t they spend Christmas together this year just the 2 of them. A change is as good as a holiday as they say. Maybe this has to do with the fact that she might be getting an Oscar for her role in OTR and he might be a bit jealous of that fact. Or maybe he is still punishing her for what she did. He needs to let it go and get over it. If he loves Kristen he needs to think only about her and not what his parents and sisters say to him. They need to butt out and leave him alone and accept his relationship with Kristen.

I like Rob in fact I think he is really something. But it gets me that his family have said to him come home for Christmas do no bring Kristen. He spends every year with them for Christmas it would not hurt him to spend Christmas this year with Kristen just the 2 of them alone together with their dogs. If he is going to be in Australia for 3 months than he needs to spend as much time with Kristen as possible, if he has told her she is not to visit or go with him, but I don’t know if he told her this or if this is just heresay from trashy American magazines. He doesn’t have to be joined at the hip to Kristen, but Christmas is a special time for people to spend together. I also stop and think about our Aussie Soldiers in Afghanistan and I think about their families who they are away from it is a sad time for them. Why can’t his family, Kristen’s family, Rob and Kristen spend it together this year it would be so very special for all of them because Rob will be here in Australia for 3 moths after that. I love to spend Christmas with my family, my sister’s and their families, my nieces, nephews and their families and children, it is a special day for all and it is full of love. So that is why I think Rob should spend the day with Kristen. I also think it is a special day for everyone to be together and enjoy the day and the happiness it brings. Kristen has suffered enough for what she did and from what I have read she is really trying very hard to make things right with Rob. I know he loves her and she has to earn his trust which will take a long time. But I just thing enough is enough. How much longer are the magazines and media going to drag this out. They both need to be left alone to enjoy their life together. Let me also ask you if that was you how would you feel if it was dragged on and on and you just wanted it to go away. But the media and magazines wouldn’t let it die. I sometimes want to cry for her because it is so sad. Look what happened when both Rob and Kristen arrived back in LA from NYC, how crazy are the paparazzi in America. Kristen have to do so much effort for getting his heart back if she does love him. Keep the commitment, improve herself better, be a good girl. It will so much hard and will take years to return his trust. I also can’t imagine what will I do if I’m just realizing that I do love my boyfriend after cheating… It’s like a punishment! But I’ll try my best until he said ‘enough’. I think it’s the best thing I can do. But if he felt suffer because of my effort, it’s a sign that I’m not the right one for him and he’s not the right one for me either. ^_^ However, I still hope their relationship improved. :)

Well, Rob and Kristen’s own side conversations during their press/fan conferences in Germany, and especially in Spain where they literally talked behind Taylor while he was talking to the media, were enough for me to tell me they still are very close at least. Who knows where they’re going to spend the holidays, they probably don’t know themselves yet either. These type of gossip sites just proves Kristen’s point of “keep em guessing”. Hopefully with William’s and Kate’s new baby coming, that will move all the gossip mags to them instead of Rob and Kristen.

When I was dating my husband we spent xmas with our own families and new year together in parties. So if they dont spent together xmas it doesnt say anything. I Hope they break up soon, I dont like her, but this gossip doesnt mean anything

Sometimes, our biggest hurdle is believing we deserve love and giving ourselves permission to receive it. So it’s not about digging deep to get at it, but letting go of one layer after another of emotional baggage to get to the pure core. When you dig, the layer doesn’t go away. It is just another made up story…sorry but i won’t buy it. It shows in the recent appearance of them w/ Rob’s family that things are well so i believe its a trash and stupid thought if they will speculate that they were only making put on when they seen all together…Besides, and for a fact too most of the time Kristen and Rob celebrates Christmas w/ their respective families and spent the New Year together again so not i big fuss if in case the same will happen again…

Kristen and Rob never spent even one Christmas together. They have always spend New Years Eve together instead. He always goes to London. Sometimes he travels back to be with her and sometimes she travels on Christmas Day or the 26th to join Rob.

I guess we will have to wait and see what means more to Rob. His relationship with Kristen and how she should be treated if he is serious that he has always loved her and wants a relationship with her or was this all just really a PR relationship from the start of 2009 to help his career and Summit’s bank account. If he goes to London without her then I will believe he started a relationship with her for selfish reasons. If he stays in the US with her or takes her with him then I will believe he does love her and wants a true relationship with her. I guess we will find out in a couple of weeks.

Why is it so important that they be together on Christmas. They have spent Christmas apart before..him in London and her in LA. He was seen getting his Visa and heading to London. Will do them both good to be apart and think things through with their families support.

p.s. stevie wonder can see the impending break up. their appearance on the bd2 red carpet was so cold unlike their other premieres when they were joval & content. i would like to think that they REALLY tried to reconcile but who knows. eventually him constantly wondering what she’s doing w/ whom would drive him crazy. and the constant need to check up on her if/when he or she are off shooting would drive her crazy. life is too short to live like that … once the trust is gone NOTHING can be done to repair it!

Not new. He didn’t spend last Christmas with her either. I remember the fans were upset with this last year as well. Kristen and her father went to a guitar shop that sells vintage guitars and she bought him one for Christmas but he went to London the same time she came back to the US on break from filming SWATH. This was on all the fan sites and media tabloids. Pictures of her and her father in the guitar store were published with the owner telling what she purchased. Rob spent Christmas at his parents and with friends and New Years Eve in a pub down the street from his parent’s house with his old friends and Tom Sturridges old gilrfriend. There are pics. of them at the bar posted on fan sites. Kristen gave him the guitar when he returned for reshoots for BD2. The fans were pissed about this as well for there were posted pictures of him walking Bear with Tom in August 2011 and him and Sam grocery shopping together in July 2011 with the caption When is Rob seeing Kristen?. I don’t know what he gave her for Christmas. They didn’t say but you can google this for it was reported on a lot of media sites and fan sites since so many fans were pissed off with the way he treated her. He hadn’t seen her since July 2011 after Comic Con until they had the premiere for BD1 in LA and London in November. She looked sad at both premieres. Fans thought they would spend Christmas and New Years together but he went home when she came back to LA. I wonder if they broke up then and this whole time they were just acting for Summit’s benefit and to keep the fans going. It was around September when she said her boyfriend was English and she wanted to see more of his hometown while she was filming SWATH. Rob never has responded but told Entertainment Tonight’s reporter at the US premiere when asked if Kristen was his girlfriend Rob shook his head no and said that was ridiculous. That interview is on YouTube and his fan sites. Boy wouldn’t you like to have a boyfriend like that? That made Kristen look like a fool after what she slipped and said at the GQ interview.

Also, the pics of him leaving due to work related duties in the States? I remember her standing on the porch and how sad she looked as he was leaving. Yes, you are right, they did not spend last Christmas together, (by the way that was Shannon in the pub with all of his friends. She has been a friend of Rob’s for a very long time) but did re unite for NYE. As you must have read many people on this site have said they spend Christmas with their family and NY’s with their other half. This is so common. Maybe KS and RP are lying all the time to reporters to confuse the issue, so no one knows what is going on between them, or where they are going, or where they live, etc. The only information that will come out will be about their next acting jobs and promotions for same. Their jobs and distance make any relationship difficult. Can’t you see that whether they are friends or lovers, they cannot stand being spyped upon, constantly chased, written about, ridiculed, interviewed with stupid, repetitive questions & given supposed “advice”. I read this today in the Belfast Telegraph a paper from Irland reported that Rob’s mom wanted to see just him for Christmas and told him not to bring Kristen. It went on to say that they will also not be spending New Years together since he will be leaving straight from London to go to Australia for filming Rover. Kristen is not going to Australia as asked by Rob not to join him. So I guess he used her, got his career started and now is moving on to his next conquest and career goal. Thought this relationship would end after the DVD came out since he would be finished with her by then but I guess the ending came sooner since he made so much off of the box office income for BD2. I hope Kristen finds someone who really loves her for her not what she can do for their market ability by dating her like Rob used her for. I don’t know if the Belfast Telegraph is a gossip mag or not since I live in the US but you can google Robert Pattinson to read the article for yourself. I wish Kristen a lot of luck and hope she chooses better the next time she dates a guy for Ror never acted like he was in a relationship and wouldn’t admit to being her boyfriend just like he wouldn’t admit to dating Nina Schubert in 2005 interview at the London HPGOF premiere. You can google that interview too where he denied being in a relationship with Nina who he was living with since 2003 to 2006. Great boyfriend material I would say. Wonder how Gossip Cop will spend this story since it isn’t just HWL spilling the news.

First of all I feel sorry for you that you believe this. I cannot imagine any member of Rob’s family (except that crazy Aunt) commenting on any Rob news. It is possible they won’t spend Christmas together, but I doubt it would have anything to do with his family. And yes, Kristen had a lot to do with selecting Rob for Twilight, but Rob was able to carry out his acting abilities on his own. If not he would not have been in the next 4 Twilight movies. Had he not have been hired for the next 4, the Twilight saga would not have been as successful as it turned out. Rob was the main reson the fans went wild. Oh yes, they also liked Taylor and Kristen, but Rob was the main $ draw. I think you have forgotten that Kristen cheated on Rob with a married man with 2 small children. You also seem to forget that Rob does not discuss his personal life, and neither does Kristen. Remember her recent keep them guessing? Rob Pattinson did not use Kristen Stewart. They are either still together, or this might be a natural end to spending 4 years together. LOL a couple od days ago they were playing with their dogs in the park now all of a sudden people have them breaking up.

Well if Kristen is more suspicious and she have malice she will understand what does Robert want to do, its obviously: he want to brake with you, he doesn’t want to spend the more important festivity of the year with the “person that he must love in his life”, that mean that his family is more important than her.
