Right after Lindsay’s bank accounts were seized by the IRS on Dec. 3, HollywoodLife.com spoke to Michael about all of Lindsay’s recent troubles and he says he’s doing everything to make sure Lindsay doesn’t go back to jail. Read on to find out what his PI has already learned to help Lilo’s case!
Lindsay Lohan is the star of her own nightmare. The 26-year-old has had multiple charges brought against her in the past week alone, and now the IRS has frozen her accounts for failing to pay $250K in taxes. But Michael Lohan tells HollywoodLife.com that he’s working tirelessly to make sure that Tiffany Mitchell, the woman who claims Lindsay hit her in the face at an NYC nightclub, is unsuccessful in her attempts.
“I hired a private detective,” Michael tells us. “I have more information then you’ll ever imagine on Tiffany. Tiffany’s father goes by the name of ‘Serious Steve,’ and he’s in South Beach avoiding the IRS. Wayne, is Tiffany’s husband. Wayne has been going under a phony ID and saying he’s 37 when he’s only 31. I have his licence plate, phone number and everything.”
Michael says it doesn’t stop there, and he wants to prove that Tiffany went to NYC’s Avenue to seek Lindsay out and then defraud her.
“Tiffany has eight different names, one of which is Ava Mitchell,” Michael tells us. “Her operation is called Psychic Visions, and they don’t have landlines, they all have cell phones. There’s a lot more and people are starting to come forward.”
Michael is telling HollywoodLife.com that he’s decided to appear on TV in Florida where Tiffany’s business is based and plea for others who have been tricked by Tiffany to come forward.
“I’m going to be appearing on local news TV, and radio for people who have been conned. This will absolutely help Lindsay’s case. Tiffany got in there to try and get Lindsay as a client and convince her that she could help her. The scam would come have come after that.”
Meanwhile, Michael says he’s wiring 100K to Lindsay, to help pay off the IRS.
“I’m arranging for another 100K to be paid,” he says. “Lindsay keeps asking why this is happening and it’s because she’s not associating with the right people.”
