Henry Cavill makes a damn fine-looking Superman in this first-look poster.
Superman may be more powerful than a locomotive, but in this brand-new poster for The Man of Steel, we see Henry Cavill in a far more vulnerable state. Why (and how) is the boy in blue also in handcuffs? That’s a good question; unfortunately, we might have to wait until the movie’s June 14 release.
Man Of Steel also stars Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Russell Crowe as Jor-El and Michael Shannon as General Zod.

Why do we have to have the origins tale told every time that a superhero movie series restarts. I stopped reading comics a long time ago, but if they wasted half of the comic book telling origins of the hero, I would have give up a long time earlier. I mean everyone knows that supes is from Krypton, and ot here because it exploded. The only people that don’t know that must have arrived with John Carter from Mars.
