After Vino was cut from ‘The X Factor’ last night, the singer told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY about his thoughts on CeCe outlasting him and the conversation he had with Simon Cowell after the vote! Read on for all the inside scoop.
Vino Alan was sent home from The X Factor on Thursday, Nov. 29 in a shocking double elimination episode, but the soul singer felt like the elimination came too soon. As he told HollywoodLife.com backstage after the cut, there’s still a singer in the competition he doesn’t think should be: CeCe Frey!
Vino Alan Disses CeCe After He Was Eliminated
When asked if he had any predictions about the remainder of the season, Vino spoke very candidly with HollywoodLife.com. “Man, seeing this –- and I don’t mean this boisterous at all –- that they cut me, I don’t know. It is anybody’s game. CeCe is in there, everybody. They cut me…I don’t know if they’ve got different ears on.” Ouch, sounds like a dig at CeCe to us!
Vino also told us that he approached judge Simon Cowell to ask why he didn’t let the sing-off elimination go to America’s vote. “I asked him afterwards if I said something to upset him because that’s what instantly what happened in my brain, that I must have said something that upset him but he said no and that it is not over for me.”
The eliminated crooner spilled the beans to reporters about his new celebrity chef girlfriend, as well! “Chef Lindsay Crolius. She’s done a couple TV shows…She is so not Hollywood but she knows everybody in Hollywood. Jamie Spears [Britney Spears' father] offered me to his cookout and she was like, ‘Oh, I cook with Jamie all the time.’ I was like ‘I thought I was bringing you…’
Do you think Vino was dissing CeCe with his comment, HollywoodLifers?

OK, so let’s recap why don’t we. America placed Cece Frey 6th best in country, #1 young adult. Lady Marmalade was the best performance of the season, like her or not. Vino was just angry cause he was eliminated after being glued to the top 3, and Simon “really should have” let it go to america. Why? Because LA Reed had him change his song at the last minute. Miss Frey will be a mega pop star. Vino Alan, hard to say. He’s great, all the power to him! Cece’s … I will always love you, Sexy and I know it, and Out here on my own, were as good as any songs sung on the show by anyone. Best perfomance, hands down, Lady Marmalade. I hear Cece Frey stamps may be released soon at the US post office. It was a great season for X-Factor, talent wise. Happy New Years!
