On the very same day that Lindsay was arrested for allegedly hitting a woman in the face at an NYC night club, Santa Monica police charged Lilo with three misdemeanors for a car accident six months ago!

Just when you thought Lindsay Lohan has hit rock bottom, it got worse. The actress is in a legal hell right now. People is reporting that Santa Monica prosecutors are charging Lindsay with three misdemeanors for lying to police after her car accident six months ago when she claimed to not be the one behind the wheel, but she was.

So, if you can even believe it, on Nov. 29 — the same day Lindsay was arrested for fighting a woman and hitting her in the face at NYC’s Avenue — the police in LA were in the midst of filing their own charges against her.

These criminal charges all stem from when Linds crashed her Porsche into the back of a dump truck in Santa Monica on the way to the Liz & Dick set on June 8.

Since this all means Lindsay violated her probation, could she head back to jail?
