HollywoodLife.com spoke with the NYPD and confirmed that Lindsay was indeed arrested for striking a woman in the face at NYC’s hotspot Avenue on Nov. 29 and now we have the details on when she’ll be in court to face the judge!
Lindsay Lohan has hit an all time low. The 26-year-old was arrested yet again, and this time in NYC. The NYPD tells HollywoodLife.com that Lindsay was arrested at 4am at NYC’s Avenue nightclub, and it was there that they found Lindsay and an unidentified 28-year-old woman who was struck in the face by Lilo.
“At 0400 hours we responded to call from 116 10th ave, which is a club called Avenue, and there was a female white 26 and a female white 28 who had an altercation,” the NYPD public information’s officer told us. “The female white 26 was then arrested for assault. She was taken to the 10th street precinct and issued a desk appearance ticket to return to court at a later date.”
HollywoodLife.com can also EXCLUSIVELY tell you that Lindsay’s court date is set for Jan. 7 at the New York Country Criminal Court.
TMZ first reported that Lindsay who was sitting in a nearby booth, exchanged words with the female. Lindsay said something to the effect of “give me my space,” and then reportedly physically attacked her a few moments later.
