The same day he hit out at his BFF Arie Luyendyk Jr. for dissing Emily, Jef reveals that he is finally over her, and is ready for ‘passionate’ love with new girlfriend Katianna Bear.
Is Jef Holm hitting out at Emily Maynard? It seems so! On Nov. 27 Jef appeared to defend his former fiancee when she was dissed by Arie Luyendyk Jr., but now Jef seems to have finally given up hope for a reunion with Emily, as he calls their love “mediorce”. Is Jef’s new romance with Katianna Bear the reason why he is ready to move on?
As previously reported by HollywoodLife.com, Arie bashed Emily when he tweeted her “You’re not the person everyone thinks you are” on Nov. 25, and then quickly deleted the message. Jef, 28, and Arie, 30, are BFF’s and Arie appeared to be standing up for Jef, but Jef did not seem to appreciate it, as he hit back saying “Class is knowing what to say, when to say it, & when to stop.”
In the latest twist of events, Jef has admitted that his relationship with Emily was “mediocre”, as he tweeted a “dog eared thought on love” followed by a picture that said: “Unless it’s mad, passionate, extraordinary love, it’s a waste of your time. There are too many mediocre things in life. Love shouldn’t be one of them,” on Nov. 27. Is Jef saying his relationship with Emily was a waste of time?
Jef has reportedly begun dating a pretty college senior called Katianna, 23, and things are getting serious. Jef even flew her to Arizona the weekend before Thanksgiving to join him, Arie and Courtney Robertson for a double date. Perhaps with Katianna he will have “mad, passionate love”.
Emily is currently still single, as Wetpaint.com have revealed that the former Bachelorette, 26, is “going solo” to Ashley Herbert and J.P. Rosenbaum’s Dec. 1 wedding. It seems that there is no hope for her and Jef now.

Katianna is a graduated professional who lives and works in Louisiana. She was in Arizona to visit friends from the college she attended. Not hard to get simple facts right, but then again these “writers” wouldn’t have jobs if they did.
