It’s been a crazy week in the worlds of Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry after the vicious fight between Gabriel and Olivier Martinez on Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 22! But it appears the he said-she said-he said battle of over the truth surrounding the day’s events has come to an end, as TMZ reports that their lawyers have announced a peace accord.

The website reports that Halle’s attorney Blair Berk walked straight out of the courtroom and delivered them a handwritten statement on Nov. 29 that read, “The parties have reached an amicable agreement. There will be no further statements regarding this matter.” The statement was from both Blair and Shawn Holley, Gabriel’s attorney.

Blair also told E! News, ”the parties have reached an amicable agreement.”

Halls is a good mother and she is only protecting her daughters privacy. I really don’t know too much about Mr. Aubrey but he should be ashamed of himself for asking for support from halle. I remember when men would take care of their families not only with love and devotion but Aldo financial as well. Mr. Aubrey is a model for high end designers surely he makes an adequate amount of money. Spite is where his motives are tor him asking for support from halls. Shame on you Gabriel! Some men want to be men but others just want.the title. Mr Aubrey if you love hour daughter, then you take care of her financially as well. Be a man and you provide tor her as well not thru. Halle’ s hard earned money. Don’t be a coward!

He should be ashamed of himself? Are you kidding me? The poor guy was ATTACKED by HER MAN. HER MAN needs to butt out! This has nothing to do with him. Olivers hand was the ONLY part of his body that was injured. Maybe next time DONT HIT ANYONE. He is just a bully and HE should be the one in jail. Not Mr. Aubrey. Poor father just wants to see his daughter, and Halle has the nerve to try and take her out of the country. Oh well Halle, sucks for you.

Actually the police say that Aubry attacked her man (Halle’s that is), not the other way around. You don’t know anything about Aubry either, but he’s a violent psycho too, he’s just used to intimidating nannies and Halle and his previous girlfriend who dumped him, but he certainly got a reality check when he tried that on another man didn’t he?

Halle must be really happy as she had managed to vent her temper thru Oliver’s action … Audry is a private person and Halle was trying to get the public support. However, the outcome did indeed open her life history for the world to read about and so will her daughter one day…. I still feel Audry has a better stand when it comes to his daughter and will compromise to an acceptable extent not a selfish one that Halle has in mind…. Hope Law will judge the whole matter in a manner that the little has BOTH parents in her life and not a outsider like Oliver.

Yes this is good for the child, and as for the person talking about a career killer, I really don’t think Halle gives two sh*t about her career right now, she is thinking about what is best for her child.

i agree. I dont know the detail, but Halle has been steadfast in protecting her daughter since she was born.There are hardly any baby pics of Nahla, and shes been after the paps since b4 lil nahla started school. I doubt she is thinking about her career

I agree with you Mel, Halle has already let it be known that she is ready to retire if necessary in order to protect her child, and I don’t believe she gives a damn what people think about her either.
