If all you want for Christmas is Jeremy Gilbert (Steven R. McQueen) in a tanktop, you’re in luck! New photos from The Vampire Diaries‘ Dec. 13 episode have hit the web, and one thing’s for sure: This show is going out with a bang in 2012!
On the episode, titled “O Come All Ye Faithful,” Jeremy heads to the Gilbert lake house to “conquer some inner demons,” but it looks like Elena (Nina Dobrev) is the one who ends up doing the conquering. The hunter has become the hunted!

I think that Elena is holding Jeremy either to bluff someone, or because he threatened herself or Damon, but wait, if you remember they’re at the Gilbert Lake House, where no one has been since Season Two (where Elena memorably daggered her favourite Original, Elijah). Now that she’s a vampire, does she not have to be invited in, and maybe Jeremy refuses, but if the house is in her name, maybe it doesn’t apply, or maybe they really are trying to trick someone, or maybe Jeremy turned on them…….(that’s probably too many ors for one review), either way loving new tough girl Elena.

I think Elena is holding Jeremy like that because Jeremy accidentally targets Damon, now that he is a full on hunter I think there are parts of being one of “the Five” that the hunter can’t control. Perhaps the calling to kill a vampire, especially one like Damon who has killed, forcefully removed memories, and turned Jeremy’s love Vicki. Jeremy Has to be feeling some kind of desire for revenge. He even went so far as to say he would happily stake Damon in episode 4.06. |
And of course they are probably going to make this one of the last scenes, because then they go on hyatus until January. WooHoo Expect AN INSANE ENDING… They do like to go out with a bang.

I can’t think clearly because of Jeremy’s arms… He should never cover up those arms again. :P
I’m more interested in whats going on in the Stefan/Tyler/Caroline stills tbh. Hmmmm.
