In a revealing interview, Kristen talks about how her parents found it ‘difficult’ to watch her nude scenes in ‘On The Road’. Well, that must have been awkward!
Kristen Stewart is so dedicated to her craft, she is not shy about doing nude scenes when acting. However, when it comes to her parents watching, it’s a different story! While doing the promotional tour for her risque new movie On The Road, she says nude scenes are not something that she and her parents “engaged or talked about.” Awkward!
Kristen, 22, has come a long way since playing the demure and innocent Bella Swan in Twilight, as her role playing Mary Lou in On The Road required nudity and sex scenes. Kristen has had some previous experience of doing nude scenes — she has one in the 2010 film Welcome To The Rileys – but that didn’t make her any more comfortable about having her parents Jules Stewart and John Stewart watch! She talked about how they reacted to her risque scenes to AwardsDaily.com.
“I think everyone was really happy that it took a few years for the movie to get made,” she laughed. “My mom came to Cannes. She loved it. She was really proud. I haven’t talked to my dad about it yet,” she admitted.
She also said that Welcome to The Rileys was even more challenging for her parents to watch.
“Welcome to the Rileys was probably a more difficult movie for a parent to watch. I was so sensitive after that. That character really found its way into me. I was so overtly sensitive about anything, not just overtly sexual, but anything about a young girl. It just rocked me and I think my parents could probably feel that as well. So it was just not something that we engaged or talked about.”
“It’s hard to step outside of it. I know it’s funny to talk about it from an outsider’s perspective, like ‘Oh, it must be weird to sit down and watch your ass with your mom’ or whatever, but it’s so weird being on the inside of it. I genuinely don’t feel like… I don’t want to say that I’m watching another person at all because what I love about my job is aspects of life that you relate to, but you didn’t quite know you had in you, can shock the s**t out of you and so the process of making the movie is finding out why you responded that way.”
It’s no wonder then that Jules’ favorite movie of Kristen’s is The Cake Eaters, and not On The Road!

I have seen the movie and she’s not totally nude , it’s topless and the way it was shot was not in your face nudity , what makes it r rated is the use of drugs and some nude scenes mainly from the guys , and the sex sounds . Her personal parts were never grabbed or shown fully , all this talk about ” oh my god she’s naked are extremely exaggerated , I have seen worse from other actors . They are making a big deal because it’s her in the film , and people just like talk negatively about her , also the story is really not about Marylou but about Sal Paradise and Dean Moriarty . And he had the worst scene , a gay sex scene with a award nominated actor , so i don’t get it when people are talking all that smack about actors when they have no clue what it takes to do those scenes …She did a great job and she didn’t do it for awards it’s purely about her love for the book . Anyway any movie with sex scenes are always strange to watch but overall I love the movie !
I understand Rob was there when some of the “sex scenes” were being shot. Kris will be great in this movie. I cannot wait to see it. I’ve read every book JK wrote (that I could get my hands on as some are out of print).

The girl grow up in Hollyweird with Hollyweird values. These people are exposed to the smut in Hollyweird in such an early age, that nudity is mainstream to them. Get real people!

I see it differently. I spent some time just outside of Hollywood. I saw things I’d never see in the village I grew up in. I never saw it as smut. I still do not. I saw liberation, free speech, freedom of action, blunt truth, and most of all people who had evolved socially beyond my ilk. KS is a product of God’s greatest gift to us: Free will, freedom of choice. Most people are slaves to their job, religion, or their partner. Kristen is what she is. wonderful, and flawless in her flaws.

This must be a revelation that someone in Hollywood took their clothes off. So many actors/actress before and after Kristen has taken their clothes off. What is the big deal. Forgot it’s the obsessed fans. With or without clothes she’s still the same old Kristen (Cheater) Dress her up or down it’s Kristen.

Kristen gets real down and dirty…we’re talking orgasms, full nudity, sex–tons of it!!! OMG…I’d die of horror before I’d let my dad see me in a scene like that. Gah…I give her credit for doing it though, must be tough to take on…

Not sleeping with me? You better believe it. Even if I swung that way, there aren’t enough bloodtests and antibiotics in all the world to make me risk getting in the same bed with that. I hope Pattinson knows what he’s doing and demanded blood tests. And if they stay together and have kids he’d be a fool not to insist on prenatal paternity tests.

They r actors, their job is to act. And Hollywood seems to be loving sex scenes in nearly every movie that is made!!
But welcom to the rileys was a really good film she acted very well, I actually for a minute thought she was a prostitute in real life!! I think films like this really suits her type of acting, cus they are extremely emotional!!

i like kristen too much and twilight series is also good. i saw the all twilight series in one night and i think that it might not be finished and i m feel bad bcoz it finished.
