With a new, layered ‘do and a vintage-looking dress, the star’s resemblance to her husband’s late mother was uncanny!
Kate Middleton certainly has a signature look, but for a visit to the Natural History Museum in London on Nov. 27 she showed off a whole new ‘do, stepping out with layers in her hair and fringe around her face. While her hair was new, she re-wore a Mulberry dress — but that’s not the only reason her look seemed so familiar! From the fringe to the green frock, Kate resembled Princess Diana.
We first saw Kate in the silk Mulberry dress when she stepped out last November for the launch of the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee celebration at Buckingham Palace. Considering it retails for around $2,240, it comes as no surprise that the style-savvy Duchess would get another wear out of the high-fashion frock.
From the silhouette of the belted dress to the gathered long sleeves and the similar green shade, Kate’s look was almost identical to that of Princess Diana’s from back when she left Auckland for a trip to the Bahamas during a 1983 tour.
Kate certainly has her own signature sense of style, but we don’t blame her for taking some tips from the late Princess Diana!
What do you think of Kate’s familiar-looking frock and new hair ‘do?
