Kanye has finally been called to court to answer questions by Kris Humphries’ attorney and HollywoodLife.com has learned that despite new efforts by Kim’s team to pressure Kris into a settlement, he’s not budging — he wants “justice served.”

Kanye West must really love Kim Kardashian! The rapper is now in the center of this long and drawn out divorce between Kim and Kris Humphries. TMZ is reporting that Kanye was deposed in Kim’s divorce, and HollywoodLife.com can tell you that Kris is trying to prove that he was “defrauded” by marrying Kim. Believe it or not, she plans to sue him!

“Kris is not bending on a settlement,” the source tells us. “It’s not about the money. He feels he’s right and the point of the entire case is to prove that he was defrauded. He’s not bending and he doesn’t care how long it takes. He wants justice to be served.”

But the source adds that there’s a ton of pressure coming from Kim’s camp, because she feels it has affected her empire and she wants to sue him for “defamation of character.”

Meanwhile, TMZ is reporting that Kanye was questioned. We bet he was asked when they fell in love and when they really started dating. He’s always been in love with Kim, he even admitted it in his song “Theraflu.”

On top of all of this, Kim’s attorney Laura Wasser is reportedly fuming that “Kim is now handcuffed to Mr. Humphries.” They are reportedly arguing over the prenup.

The judge has reportedly set a date for a trial: Feb. 15, 2013. Keep in mind, Kim and Kris filed for divorce on Oct. 31, 2011.

Go to the nearest psychiatric center and check yourself in a.s.a.p…..Tell the doctor on duty that your med’s are not working and you are having a psychotic episode…….Why do you stick up for grimy Kim, all the time, she’s a skank….Kim and her dirtbag family need to pay….Kris Humphries has moved on,

There is no Mel or Melanie. It’s a fake persona made up by the owner of this site or one of her “reporters.” Do you ever notice how she is on every single article about Kris Humphries? And she says the same thing, over and over again? Especially about if it was fraud how he was in on it. It appears to be a cut and pasted comment. To be honest, I don’t think they read the comments although they may filter. Except for the divorce proceedings, Kris Humphries is sorta staying in the background now. The media is trying to shove Kanye down our throats as some sort of changed by love Prince Charming but it isn’t really working. So to keep interest in Kim, they report inflammatory, mostly false stories about Kris to get people interested and worked up. There’s a few more regulars on here that appear to be fake too but I’ve lost interest in this site after the fake Melanie and the ebonics speaking, anonymous sources connected to Kanye.

This case would have been settled a long time ago except Kim, her family and Kayne keep leaving the country and not going to trial to be question by Kris’s lawyer. How can you say you want this to end, when you can’t find the time to be question.

Poor Kris, Kim dumped him, she did not want to be with him. He needs to move on, this was not fraud. I understand that it hurt him that she did not want him.

If kris’s lawyer wants to deposed Kim, she would have no choice but to go through the deposition.
For some reason, the lawyer has not done so. Also, why are they fighting over the prenup because according to
this article, Kris does not want anything but an admission of fraud? It all seems very contradictory.
I doubt there was fraud, and noone should coerce someone into an admission of fraud if that was not their intent.
That is just trying to get someone to perjure themselves, and perjury is a criminal act.

This judge should be removed from this case, he is just wasting the tax payers money. I hope to God that she sues him. This man is now a joke, this 72 day marriage is taking longer to end than people who were married for years (including his parents) The bottom line is this, if it was a fraud then he was a part of the fraud, so I don’t get it. As far as the pre-nup that is airtight not budging, so he will end up paying for all of those fees that are adding up and by now it’s well over $500,000. I hope that she sues him, and she will win because the one thing that she has is those outakes from the reality show, let’s remember that they tape EVERYTHING, most of it does not make it to the screen but they have hours and hours and weeks of footage. Not to mention she did not ask him to marry her, he asked her no one forced him or held a gun to his head. Such a sad excuse for a man.

i just do not understand some people.this relationship has been over,why do they keep tormenting themselves justice or not ,is never going to turn the hand of the clock.moving on is the best in this type of situation.
