In light of Chris’s recent Twitter attack against a comedy writer, his mother Joyce has stopped tweeting. Considering Chris mentioned his mother in the rant, it is surprising that she has not commented.
Chris Brown has landed himself in hot water following his recent Twitter attack on the comedy writer Jenny Johnson. Chris has since deleted his Twitter account, and both his girlfriend Rihanna and his mother Joyce Hawkins have stopped tweeting. Chris publicly dragged his mother’s name into the mud when he mentioned her in the attack – but yet she is staying silent. Why has she failed to comment? Read on for all the details.
Following Chris’s aggressive attack on Jenny, Rihanna has publicly stood by her man, as she revealed that Jenny has been harassing Chris for a long time, and she has also stopped tweeting as a sign of support. But why has Joyce stopped tweeting?
Joyce is the apple of Chris’ eye and they share a close relationship, and she has even joined him for his “Carpe Diem” tour. Joyce has tweeted thanks to Chris’ fans in Berlin, Stuttgart and Stockholm, and has shown her support along the way via Twitter, so it is surprising that she has suddenly gone silent.
When Chris and Jenny were having their war of words, Jenny sarcastically said “Your mom must be so proud of you” to which Chris responded “ “Mom says hello … She told me not to s**t in ur mouth, wanted me to s**t right on the retina … #pinkeye.”
This is a disgusting and disgraceful way for anyone to talk about their mother, and Joyce is probably horrified. She has not taken to Twitter to step up and defend her son — unlike Rihanna — so she must be seriously angry with Chris. Chris a big boy however — he must deal with his own mess, and apologize to everyone he has offended. Let’s just hope he will step up and apologize to his mother for dragging her name into his petty argument.
On the upside, Joyce must be delighted that Rihanna joined Chris for a segment of his tour, as she has been eager for them to reunite. Perhaps Joyce will resume tweeting on Nov. 27 ahead of Chris’s performance in Germany. Watch this space!
What do YOU think, HollywoodLifers? Is Joyce right not to defend her son?

even you wrote the story wrong. Now it is Brown dragging his mother in on Twitter. It was Johnson who mentioned his mother. Why did you ask: Do you think Johnson was wrong for dragging Brown’s mother into her stupidity. You are not an an objective writer, Bonnie Fulle you just lost many supporters. Your attack on Brown in this instance is not right and your writing is not objective.

Oh please! So if you cannot abuse Chris Brown you lie on his mother? How pathetic is the media! Jenny Johnson STALKED & CYBER-BULLIED Chris for TWO YEARS. Se and her followers wished death upon him many times and he said nothing. I don’t blame him for getting in her A&& she got what she deserved. I’m just mad that the biased racist media blames him after she stalked and bullied him for 2 whole years. I hate the media!
He could have easily blocked her if she was abusing him for 2 years. I believe Jenny is just an attention whore but unfortunately it goes to show that if Chris is pushed too far he still has that anger that he unleashes. What if he was in the same room as Jenny? We would be looking at a different and much worse ending that just one person deleting a twitter account. People’s problem with Chris is that he has never received help for his issues as he believes he did nothing wrong. He made a half hearted apology to the press which he was forced to do and that is all. He has spent the rest of the time blasting and insulting his critics (or anyone who won’t buy his music) for being haters.
I’m sorry but when someone has severe issues then people are not going to leave you alone. Welcome to Lindsay Lohan’s reality Chris, now go get some help.

Parents should step up and be role models for the ones they birthed. Instead of attacking Chris they should use this as an opportunity to teach their young about the dangers of not being able to control your anger, domestic violence etc. Teach them about redemption and forgiveness, that there is only one judge which is God and he doesnt need a jury. Teach your kids that its ok to make mistakes, that infact they can become better people if they learn from their mistakes. Do something pro-active to change the state of humanity instead of sitting here and condeming Chris. Sigh!

well no respect for mom says a million words on his person. No respect for women. Out of the issues of his heart his mouth speaks.A ticking time bomb, What kind of image and example our young and Old fans getting from this reprobate-sociopath that has been given a platform of fame to corrupt everyone around him who listen’s and see’s him getting away with violence towards women. Mark my words it is just a matter of time he will explode on another human being.

You sound like a complete fool! He loves his mother and respects the women who respect him. Jenny Johnson stalked and cyber-bullied him for 2 years on a daily basis and he finally just had enough of her. It’s funny how ppl think that becuase CB is a young black man and JJ is a 40 yrs old white feminst, he was just suppose to continue taking abuse from her a person he does not know and someone he has never doe anything to. His image is perfect! It is one of strength and courage under constant pressure at only 23 from the world praying that he fails. He may not be without fault but neither are you, self-rightous one!

People like u are the problem,,, if murders can be rehabilitated so can he! I think the the way the media and people like you criticize people and judge people causes people like Whitney, Michael and Chris to the brink with your holier than thou attittudes. My advise read your Bible and judge not less you will be judge. Ri already forgave Chris and most importantly God already has,,, #moveon

He has gotten help…it was a part of his sentence but even after people with anger problems go through the course its not gonna always help them control it. He wasnt forced to apologize. He wanted to do it earlier but management wouldnt let him. After three years of not being forgiven, what else is he supposed to say to people. He’s gonna say f* you. Theres not much else he can do. Id like to see half of yall put in his situation
