The gorgeous model flaunted her growing baby bump, making her the first pregnant model to grace the infamous calendar!
Seeing Adriana Lima flaunt her supermodel curves on the runway and in risque photo shoots isn’t out of the ordinary, but seeing a pregnant model posing for the Pirelli calendar certainly is! She became the first model EVER to pose pregnant, and while the calendar often features sexy nude shots, this year the models are all clothed — and Adriana is one of the gorgeous girls selected for the upcoming calendar.
Steve McMurry made some significant changes this time around as his final product featured models as well as street walkers.
“You can photograph nudes anywhere. But these models are clothed, and each of them has her own charity. They are purposeful and idealistic people. So I wanted to photograph them in a special place, and Rio was perfect for this,” he said.
Adriana looked fantastic, flaunting her baby bump in a cropped, black top and a stretchy skirt — we think she looks beautiful!
