Jessica shed her baby weight gain in just four months by eating egg white omelets, soba noodles and more on her Weight Watchers Diet! Here’s how you can do it too!

Jessica Simpson did it! The 32-year-old is looking absolutely fabulous these days. TMZ has learned that the country singer has stuck to her diet of veggies, smoothies, and lots of protein.

But Jess didn’t do this all by herself. It turns out she enlisted her former chef to make her tasty meals — so she’s not exactly like us. But, she does give all new mom’s hope that they too can drop the lbs!

It turns out her chef whips her up meals like: egg white omelets, chicken satays, whipped chick peas, soba noodles, and shrimp skewers.

The singer showed off her sexy body on Nov. 17 when she attended an event in Tampa with her sister Ashlee Simpson. We told you that Jessica revealed her first weight loss on Katie Couric‘s show in September and it’s clear she’s determined to keep going until she gets into her daisy dukes!

Here’s an example of what Jess and her fiance Eric Johnson ate on an average day:

Breakfast:

Cranberry Maple Oatmeal

Lunch:

Jess: Grilled Chicken Sandwich, Organic Greens (lite dressing)

Eric: Vegan Grain Stew

Snack:

Chessy Corn Crisps

Dinner:

Jess: Grilled Flank Steak & Onions

Eric: Roast Market Fish

Ginger Broccoli

Dessert:

Peach Cobler

It’s so incredibly easy when there’s a chef to prepare all your meals for you.

don’t forget she may also still be breastfeeding baby Maxwell so that helps most new moms drop weight 60lbs in 5 months is 12lbs a month which is a healthy amount plus Jess had gained weight before she conceived from planning her & Eric’s wedding. she weighed 190lbs when she gave birth so she’s down to 130 now
