Halle Berry will reportedly go to court early this week in hopes of obtaining a restraining order against her ex Gabriel Aubry following his Thanksgiving brawl with her fiance Olivier Martinez!

Halle Berry and her lawyers are nervous over the fact that Gabriel Aubry allegedly initiated a fight with Olivier Martinez in front of their 4-year-old daughter Nahla on Thanksgiving, Nov. 22. Halle will reportedly go to court to seek a restraining order against her model ex-boyfriend and baby daddy.

A judge initiated an emergency order of protection that keeps Gabriel 100 yards away from Halle, Olivier and Nahla, but according to TMZ, that expires Tuesday Nov. 27.

Halle’s lawyers will reportedly be in court this week, hoping to extend that order of protection indefinitely.

I find it funny when people act like Gabriel Aubrey is not earning money on his own as a model! Why don’t I hear the same complaining when it is a woman getting paid as much or more per month? The people saying that Gabriel Aubrey has anger issues, what did he have to be mad about? Nothing! The judge ruled in favor of joint custody and denied Halle the ability to move their daughter out of the country. I’d have more respect for her in this situation if she dumped the violent boyfriend that isn’t a parent to her child. He was in trouble for violence just 2 years ago! Do people even remember that or that this iis the same woman that threatened to kill her dogs & herself after her divorce from David Justice? If the guys she was with were so abusive, why is she the only woman making those claims? A guy that is truly abusive will have more than one person claiming to be a victim! Gabriel Aubrey’s hands show no injury that would be visible if he punched a grown man! Oliver Martinez doesn’t have defensive injuries they are offensive injuries.

hale is twisted in what manner .as far as i can see ,she did nothing except that she is unlucky in choosing a man that is good for her. and iguess you guys are blaming her for nothing.until you find yourself in a family matter like this then you will understand what both are going through.

I can’t wait for Gabriel Aubry’s side of the story. Berry’s publicist is too much in overdrive.

It’s all a set up and Gabriel should have had someone else handle the switchoff because Hallie and Olivier are on a mission to get rid of Gabriel to get to France.I hope a judge sees through the scam and tells Olivier he’s not the father and butt out of their business.

I agree. This seems like a set-up to get to France. Martinez is not a stepfather yet to the little girl. He really has no reason to talk to Aubrey. That is not his situation. Conversations of any matter should be filtered through Berry. They are going to make this child crazy. Berry should know better; she grew up fatherless. Martinez could be a great guy and really good stepfather, but Nahla has a dad and unless he endangers her life, she needs access to him. I think Halle’s relationship issues could possibly have something to do with not having a father. Nahla has one, but if they are feuding on this level, they will cause her to have emotional issues. I have a few friends dealing with contentious dual-parenting and their children are getting old enough to notice that there is a relationship problem between mom and dad.

i think asking who you support in this situation is just not the right thing to do in this situationin my own opinion.this is a serious family matter.i just hope they sort things out because this is not good at all for nahla.and let them try and settle it inside and not in public.

That poor kid will never have a normal life, so sad.

Other websites said Aubrey dropped off daughter and Martinez called him over to have a word with him..who knows what Martinez said to him! it is so obvious Halle and the boyfriend are trying to bait Aubrey into the fight so they can keep the REAL fATHER away from Nahla..bunch of cold uncaring should be ashamed of themselves couples like Halle and Oliver don’t deserve to have kids
