Halle’s ex and fiance were involved in a brawl after Gabriel Aubry dropped Halle’s daughter Nahla off on Thanksgiving, Nov. 22. On Nov. 23, Gabriel showed off his bruised and beaten face — an unfortunate parting gift from the fight.
Gabriel Aubry allegedly threw the first punch in a fight with Halle Berry’s fiance Olivier Martinez on Nov. 22. The two men were hospitalized afterwards and Gabriel was left with a bruised and beaten face. Gabriel was charged with misdemeanor battery and has been ordered to stay 100 yards away from Olivier, Halle and their daughter Nahla, 4.
Unfortunately, Halle and her dysfunctional extended family spent Thanksgiving in the hospital, where doctors mended their wounds following the Turkey day scuffle that took place at Halle’s home.
Olivier reportedly tried to speak to Gabriel about the ongoing custody dispute between him and Halle. After Olivier said to Gabriel, “We have to move on,” the model allegedly pushed Olivier and threw the first punch, leading to a full-blown fight!
Halle and Gabriel have been at odds ever since a court’s decision denied Halle permission to relocate their daughter Nahla to France.
While yesterday we noted that it appeared no one was seriously injured, new pictures of Gabriel’s face have us thinking differently. What do YOU think, HollywoodLifers?

Yo u don’t know. The full story but, Halle & her new boyfriend were pissed off. The judge would not let them take the daughter to Paris . Martinez was mad about losing money. I think this was their doing, they had enough reasons to try to make him look bad! Think about it. Plus, the person who wrote , it’s none of Martinez business is right. When she leaves him for someone else , does he want to be treated this way. Have another man tell him what to do with HIS child. She has a hard time staying w/ men. She needs to become a women, & put her child FIRST! Stop being a child. She loves her daddy too. No female has the rights to destroy her child’s life by taking away a parents. Plus, her seeing adults act that way, is thar good for her! Halle , put your child first, stop using her to get what you want. This makes me sick!
