Gabriel Aubry Arrested After Fight At Halle Berry's

Halle’s ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry and her fiance Olivier Martinez were both hospitalized after a brawl ensued at the actress’ home on Nov. 22. Gabriel was arrested after his release from the hospital.

Gabriel Aubry was arrested Thanksgiving morning, Nov. 22, after a custodial handoff of daughter Nahla, 4, turned into a horrible disaster at Halle Berry’s house.

Less than a month ago, a court’s decision denied Halle the right to relocate her daughter to France, and the situation seems to have come to a head on Nov. 22.

A physical altercation occurred between Halle’s ex-boyfriend Gabriel and her fiance Olivier Martinez.

Olivier, 46, allegedly confronted Gabriel, 36, to speak with him and the two began to fight, according to TMZ. Both men were hurt in the altercation as Olivier may have broken his hand and suffered neck injuries, while Gabriel suffered a broken rib, contusions to the face and a possible head injury, PEOPLE adds.

The two men were treated at the hospital before Gabriel was arrested; Olivier returned home with Halle.

A judge has placed an emergency protective order against Gabriel, requiring him to stay 100 yards away from Halle, Olivier and Nahla.

We can’t help but feel bad that this is all happening for all involved. We hope Halle and Gabriel can work out their issues in the healthiest way — at least for the well being of their daughter Nahla.

I don’t believe any of it… I can’t understand how come the responding police officers are not more intelligent or experienced… Let’s break it down: halle wants to move to france with her new “love”, the judge says no, olivier is angry about it because it means halle will not be able to move to france with him. WHY WOULD GABRIEL AUBRY ATTACK ANYONE WHEN HE HAD GOT WHAT HE WANTED FROM THE JUDGE? WHY WOULD HE RISK IT? DOESN’T IT MAKE SENSE THE ANGRY PARTY WAS HALLE/OLIVIERS??? Please… subnormal policing as usual.

Halle has made a mess of her personal life and wanted a child. She had one. Now she will make a mess of Nahla’s life until she is old enough to think for herself and say no. If Olivier really cares about his future family, let him move to the states. Finally I see a man wanting to be a father instead of saying, “she is not mine”, and running for cover. I wish more men could follow his actions. Nahla loves both her parents, they both love her. How much does Olivier love her? What is he willing to do for her? Just think how many kids would have better lives if their fathers had stayed close to parent them instead of disappearing?? I am for Gabriel only because Halle has not shown me any reason to believe she wants the best for Nahla. I have been through an ugly split and the ONLY PEOPLE that matter are the CHILDREN!!!!!! Once and if Nahla saw Olivier hit her father, that will be it for Olivier in her little mind. Halle should have never allowed that situation to happen. Her house, her rules, HER SETUP!!!!!! NAHLA’S LOSS.

I so agree with all of your comments. Children need both of their parents; I believe that Halle just used Gabriel for his sperm. She now wants to bring in another father for her daughter, and in the end only her child will suffer. Judging from the looks of Gabriel and his injuries, Halle should think twice before moving to another country with such an angry man. The next beating might be against her or her daughter. Halle should give her plans much serious thought before actually moving.
