Justin Bieber Won't Be Charged In Paparazzi Assault

Justin can breathe easy! There will be no charges pressed against him from his altercation with a photographer back in May!

This news must certainly come as a relief to Justin Bieber: TMZ reports that he won’t be charged at all for the events stemming from his paparazzi altercation that took place in May of this year!

Back in May, a photographer called 911 and filed a police report against Justin after a physical altercation in Calabasas. However, the L.A. County D.A. will not be filing any criminal charges against the pop star, due to conflicting witness accounts and an overall lack of evidence.

We’re so relieved that Justin won’t be charged!

Hey resonable doubt their was a nuff doubt that he inflick the injury and the guy could prove it. No photo or video of the hitting I was right on youtube be on a resonable doubt. Police did ask the DA to files charges but she saw it was a up hill case and You do not want a micheal jackson situration on your hand can you imagion How many fans would of surported him if this would went to court.
