Wow! ‘Breaking Dawn Part 2′ is poised to surge past International and worldwide totals set by ‘Breaking Dawn Part 1.’ Do YOU think it will be the highest grossing installment of ‘The Twilight Saga’ EVER?

Breaking Dawn Part 2 is already smashing gross records in 3 out of the 4 overseas markets where the film has been released ahead of its North American debut, according to HollywoodLife.com sister site DeadLine.

First night attendance in France accumulated to $1.8M, 45% higher than Breaking Dawn Part 1′s take.

Plus, the film set records in the Netherlands, earning $392K, earning the highest pre-day opening sales for the franchise.

Futhermore, Sweden had 20,000 midnight admission, higher than those of Breaking Dawn Part 1 (13,000), New Moon (15,000) and Eclipse (17,000). Lastly, Belgium earned $531K in first night sales in comparison to Breaking Dawn Part 1′s $289K.

We certainly believe that BD2 will break records in North America as well when it’s released on Nov. 16! The reviews are calling it a “gleefully over-the-top conclusion!”

What do YOU think, HollywoodLifers? Will Breaking Dawn Part 2 be the highest grossing film of the franchise?

What record did it break? I don’t see it setting any records. if you mean highest grossing of the “Twilight” franchise, that is not a record.

Skyfall had $8 million in France 6x that of this movie
Skyfall had $3.6 million in Netherlands
Definitely not record setting
