After a spectacular performance on ‘The Voice,’ the incomparable Christina spoke to EXCLUSIVELY about her thoughts on her new album! Check it out!

Christina Aguilera is an amazing judge on The Voice, and she is also an amazing performer, as she proved when she took the stage with Cee Lo Green to perform, “Make the World Move”, her new single from her latest album release, Lotus. But for a woman who has proved time and time again she is incredible, what does this latest album release mean to her career? Find out what she has to say, you may be surprised!

“It’s my labor of love, I give my entire heart and soul in every record that I do. I am very detail oriented and I am quite the perfectionist and I am hard on myself! I want to make the best product and express to my fans and to motivate them to be unbreakable flowers themselves, which is what Lotus stands for and represents!” Christina told EXCLUSIVELY. She added, “It’s a celebration record of all those milestones, everything that lotus represents, throughout the toughest of weather conditions. Being in this business is going to come with a lot of weather conditions, but it’s about surviving and being strong. I encourage to live in the moment, be about the moment, learn everything you can about the experience. I want to make myself, as an individual artist, better.”

We couldn’t have said it better ourselves! If you don’t have her album Lotus yet, hit up the closest store and buy it! You will not be disappointed!

I think Christina is one of the best singers out today, and her willingness to go in different directions only shows her true devotion to being and artist and her desire to shake the unfair comparisons to other artists that she has had to endure throughout her career. She has been put down, and critisized by the media for not being willing to be catagorized, or for venturing outside of the catagory that they have placed her in for their ( the media) own comfort. Christina keeps the people she feel she can trust close to her and I think that makes her a very smart person. I am a huge fan despite the media, and I have decided to make up my own mind about who I will or will not support as an artist.
