In a refreshingly honest interview, Ashley reveals her concerns over Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart’s relationship drama, and how it could overshadow the last ‘Twilight’ movie.
Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart have a famously turbulent relationship, and no one knows that better than their Twilight co-stars, who have stood by them through thick and thin. As the premiere of Breaking Dawn: Part 2 draws closer, Ashley Greene admits that she worries Rob and Kristen’s love drama will overshadow the movie’s big moments.
Ashley talked to Seventeen magazine, where she opened up about her fears for the movie’s success. When asked about Rob and Kristen’s relationship, and whether it will steal the film’s thunder, she said: “I don’t know. Hopefully, it won’t taint it and people will still be able to enjoy the movie. I think a lot of people see us as our characters; I really want them to still be able to do that.”
Wow – it’s so refreshing to hear Ashley speak so openly about her concerns for her career, as landing the part of Alice Cullen in Twilight was her big break. With Breaking Dawn:Part 2 being the final movie ever – sob! – it is only fair that Ashley is concerned about ‘Robsten’ drama stealing the movie’s thunder.
As for Ashley’s relationship status?! As previously reported by HollywoodLife.com, Ashley is allegedly dating Gossip Girl hottie Chace Crawford. Speaking about her romantic history, Ashley says “I certainly have [been in love]. I can still love an ex as a person, regardless if the break up was bad. I would never wish anything negative on them. It takes more energy to hate them than to wish them well.” Is she talking about Joe Jonas?!

KS obsessed fans will never accept the truth that Kristen Stewart caused all this drama and some fans won’t see the movie because of it. Ashley told the truth and they can not handle it based on some of the comment below. When Kristen said she feared for her life, she was talkikng about these obsessed fans below. But they call us haters.

She didn’t mean it like that ya’ll. If you read her quote she was saying she dosn’t want people to think about that when they go to see the movie. She just wants people to go see the movie and enjoy it for what the movie is.

Too late, and any “taint” is entirely Stewart’s fault. Pattinson played no part in her affair with Sanders. People keep forgetting he was the victim in this, not Stewart.

well ashley,i for one will not be there,thanks to my work,and b/c it will be hard sitting down there watching who knows what.kristen has tainted it all with acid ,put it that way.maybe later.but,iam still so proud of you guys for bringing smiles on our lip for that short period before it all went cold.by the way you look too hot ASH.thank you @guest for your comment and @rsd,ashley knows people will come but because of the scandal , the number may or will not be what it supposed to be,my family are all twilight fans but ,we are all sitting out on friday though for different reason and for the scandal too.they do not have the drive as before.i know this last part will make it but it would have been spotless if not for the scandal.it will be okay any way.either way ,i love all the crew,b/c without all of them twilight will not be what it is today.twilight is not just rob and kristen

Ashley should have kept her mouth shut. The movie is going to be a blockbuster no matter what Kristen and Rob do. I think Ashley just wants to be in the limelight, she’s tired of being the second fiddle.

Totally agree the drama between RB and KS is overshadowing the movie and the excitment is all about them and its so unfair the film is a tam effort and all fans care about is the off screen romance if one between RB and KS. And they both loving the attention.
be my sixth sense, but … Ashley was always jealous of Kristen, she obviously wanted to be next to Rob. Just look at the videos of promoting New Moon with Rob and Ashely, she trying to get the attention of Rob, but Rob just talked about Bella lol.
Now with the difficult time of Kristen Ashely do not lose the opportunity to send indirect against Kristen, obviusly Ashely do not lose the opportunity to send indirect against Kristen.
But not everyone twilling is like Ashey. Kristen be careful with people like her!!!
