We are so happy that Rob has given up cigarettes, but should we now be concerned that the Twilight stud is smoking too many electronic cigarettes? HollywoodLife.com has all the EXCLUSIVE details on Rob’s new love affair.
Even though Robert Pattinson quit smoking cigarettes, he still may be putting his health in danger by smoking so many electronic cigarettes. Maybe he should go cold turkey on all cigarette smoking like Kristen Stewart did.
A source tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively, “Rob confessed that he smokes four electronic cigarettes a day. One e-cigg typically lasts two days. He is smoking e-cigarrettes 24/7. Of course it’s better than smoking regular cigarettes, but it’s still not that healthy.”
“Rob mentioned that he may try hypnotherapy, but that right now he’s not willing to let go of everything involved with smoking–like puffing and holding the e-cigg. He says even though it’s not a ‘real’ cigarette, it calms his nerves,” said the source.
What is Rob so nervous about? Losing Kristen again? And where does he buy his e-cigs?
“Rob wants to be just as normal as can be, even though he’s such a huge star,” said the souce. “Rob  says he buys his e-cigs at 7-Eleven.”
Are you worried that Rob is smoking too many electronic cigarettes, HollywoodLifers?

Don’t worry about Robert using his e cig too often. I’ve used mine about 15 hours a day for over a year since I quit smoking real cigs with nothing but positive health results. My high blood pressure and shortness of breath are gone. My severve asthma and chronic bronchitis have improved by about 99%. I’m using meds for asthma only once per day now instead of every few hours. Congrats to Robert for quitting smoking, it’s not an easy thing to do. I tried to quit for 19 years before I finally had success with the help of e cigs.

I’m concerned about two of Rob’s habits. I LOVE him dearly and don’t want to see him hurt! First of all smoking can lead to so many LUNG problems, not just CANCER. COPD (CHRONIC OBSTRUCTIVE PULMONARY DISEASE), and other breathing problems. But the other is His use of Alcohol! He said, he didn’t remember drilling holes in the table at the bar?? When you drink alcohol and don’t remember what you have done IS: A WAKE UP CALL that you need help! Its called a black out and very dangerous. Please Rob, get some help! Alcohol can lead to so many problems also like pancreatic cancer and stomach and mouth and esophageal cancer. I have seen all these problems when i worked as a nurse in a hospital. I’m not telling you what to do I just don’t want to see you end up DEAD!

About the regular cigarets, the problem with them isnt the nicotine, the worst about them is the “alquitrán” (Im not sure how its say in english) that they contain, and the e-ciggs or the ones with flavor do not have that sustance, so why is he in danger? If smoking them give him peace, good for him
Usually women have a harder time giving up smoking but Kristen did it because she wanted to help Rob. This is very commendable of her. Having been a smoker all my life and married to a chain smoker, I can relate to all the issues. I quit for the same reason as Kristen and also because I was smoking more and more, and it scared me. My husband ended up with lung problems and I now have them too. We both quit “cold turkey” and a pulmonary specialist told me that his patients who did that had the best success. Substituting one “prop” for another doesn’t really get to the heart of the problem. Even if the substitute is only flavored vapor you still haven’t gotten your head around the fact that you need the crutch.

of course, you are absolutely right. a normal cigarette is much more harmful and e-cigarette is a good solution. and all substances are toxic, even water, if you shall drink 10 liters at once, it depends on the quantity. Caffeine invigorates the CNS, like a whip. If your ‘horse’ is healthy and strong there is nothing to harm him. If it is too tired, the effect will not be
only becomes a bad thing. Nicotine works in a different way, affect the nervous system throughout the body. Nicotine is very tricky, because they act in two ways: smoked a cigarette, and a few minutes after smoking it calms the nerves, but after that it invigorates the nerves much longer. Nervously people start smoking chain. It is as effective as pushing the car gas and the brake at the same time.

you don’t have the slightest idea of what you’re talking about. nicotine is toxic if you drink it straight, sure, but it’s one of the more innocuous ingredients in regular cigarettes. it’s the other 4,000-10,000 carcinogens in cigarettes that are the problem. nicotine on it’s own is similar to caffeine in terms of harm. inhaling the products of COMBUSTION is the problem. as they say, “you smoke for the nicotine, but die from the smoke.” go educate yourself.
Educate in what way Chris? The nicotine is indeed what’s enjoyable, and it’s available as an enjoyable element in a much better way than caffeine is from drinking coffee. Yes, the harmful elements that go along with it are much worse………. but the e-cig seems to pretty much eliminate those.
So what’s your problem with this????
