The singer is doing everything she can to help the victims on the East Coast and she’s starting by throwing a concert at Jay-Z’s club in NYC on Nov. 9 — read on for all the amazing details and how you can help!
Rihanna is always thinking of others. The 24-year-old just hit up the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show and has been working nonstop but she’s taking a moment to reflect and help those less fortunate than her – she’s such a cool chick.
“Now is the time for us to come together,” she told the New York Daily News. “And do whatever we can to aid those in need.”
Rihanna is holding the Rihanna & Friends party at Jay-Z’s 40/40 club in NYC and there’s only one thing you have to do in order to get through the doors. Just bring supplies! Fans can bring anything like: coats, shoes, blankets, baby items and more. This is such a fantastic idea.
The party will be held at the club from 4:30pm ET to 6:30pm ET. Immediately following the event all of the relief items will be packed into a New York Daily News truck and sent to the victims of the hurricane.
Meanwhile, Chris has been super charitable himself and we told you he just launched his Symphonic Love Foundation for programs for teens and families.
