Halle has lost in her bid to move daughter Nahla out of the country and away from her father, Gabriel Aubry! Read on for all the details.

There will be no permanent move for Halle Berry and daughter Nahla to France, a judge in Los Angeles ruled on Friday, Nov. 9.

TMZ reports that the judge ruled in favor of four-year-old Nahla’s father Gabriel Aubry, a Canadian actor and model who primarily works in L.A., who objected to the move.

Halle, who wants to live in France with fiance Oliver Martinez, claimed that the L.A. paparazzi made life in California too dangerous for her and her daughter. Evidently, the judge disagreed.

According to TMZ, the full details of the ruling are unclear, but it’s clear that things did not go Halle’s way.

Are you glad that the judge won’t allow Halle to permanently move Nahla to France, HollyMoms?
