Laura Linney’s Showtime series is recruiting Kathy Najimy & Isaac Mizrahi to help wrap up the characters’ storylines.

For three seasons, we watched as Cathy Jamison’s (Laura Linney) life was turned upside down by her sudden cancer diagnosis, and now it’s time to say goodbye. Showtime announced Nov. 8 that The Big C will end with a four-part event titled The Big C: Hereafter — and it sounds like it’s going out with a bang!

Kathy Najimy will appear in all four episodes as Cathy’s “no-nonsense therapist,” while Isaaz Mizrahi will appear in “several episodes” as himself, mentoring Andrea (Gabourey Sidibe) as she begins design school.

The Big C: Hereafter hasn’t been given an official premiere date, but we’ll be sure to keep you posted!
