‘Vampire Diaries’ Scoop: Stefan & Elena Have ‘Tough Time’ At Pageant

The annual Miss Mystic Falls Pageant turns into a ‘nightmare’ on the Nov. 29 episode.

If you thought the good people of Mystic Falls could make it through a beauty pageant without a fang-load of drama, I have one question for you: Have you never seen The Vampire Diaries?! The annual Miss Mystic Falls Pageant brings trouble for Elena (Nina Dobrev) and Stefan (Paul Wesley) on Nov. 29, who experience a “tough time,” according to The CW’s official description of the episode.

But it sounds like their rough day doesn’t even compare to Jeremy’s (Steven R. McQueen)! He’s apparently plagued with “vivid nightmares,” and turns to Matt (Zach Roerig) for help — but in typical Vampire Diaries fashion, “the situation escalates sooner than anyone expected.”

Here are 5 more spoilers from the episode, ominously titled “My Brother’s Keeper”:

1. Caroline (Candice Accola) tries to help Stefan and Elena during their crisis.

2. Damon (Ian Somerhalder) and Stefan butt heads — shocking, I know — over how to deal with Professor Shane (David Alpay).

3. Tyler (Michael Trevino) and Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) team up for a “secret project.”

4. Elena and Caroline help April (Grace Phipps) prepare for the pageant.

5. Olympic medalist Gabby Douglas makes her appearance.

That disfunctional Stelena puppy love was tiresome. It was hard enough watching Stefan lie and manipulate Elena into loving him, but watching him save Matt over the supposed love of his life was the final straw. That’s not love. You don’t let your true love die. They had a first love relationship which didn’t work, how many times did they break up and get back together? Too many. Watching Damon fall in love with Elena was amazing and even though I think Elena is annoying and doesn’t deserve Damon, I hope that Delena will be endgame!

You’re crazy if you don’t see how dysfunctional Delena is. Stefan loved Elena enough to respect her choice. That’s what adults do and that’s why Stefan saved Matt. Any relationship involving Elena is dysfunctional because SHE’S dysfunctional, confused, and lost. She causes problems in every single relationship in which she’s involved at some point. Everyone has issues and drama…but Elena has enough for everyone it seems. Both Damon and Stefan deserve better than her!

What is really simple is that a show is a show and a book is a book. A novel can be based up on a book, but it doesn’t means that follow exactly what is in the book.

Read the books people, PLEASE!! They’re all about Stefan and Elena’s relationship, that’s the way it was written, There’s no VD without Stelena, simple as that.

The Show is loosely based on the Books. The first 3 Seasons, what i have seen on My Screen, was a slow buildup of Elena falling in love with Damon, and Damon with Her. The original author of the books has said many Times, that it is the Story of Elena falling in Love with Damon. She was fired for sticking to her guns and the Rest where written by a ghostwriter. Hopefully the Show will go with Her Vision, Stelena is the most boring Couple ever and there relationship is nothing but based on lies. Damon loves Her unconditionaly and Elena as a Women will finally admit how much She loves Damon.

Well said! I hope to see a really amazing relationship between Damon and Elena the way that L J Smith envisioned. Its so sad that her series was ripped away from her. As a fan of the series I was outraged. Stelena is fabricated love the publishers shoved down the readers throats. They should be ashamed of what they did. I wish L J Smith all the best and I will always stay true to her wishes, Delena endgame.

Ditto!! No movie based on a book has ever changed a major plot line like this. It’s soooo frustrating to watch. I only tune in now because I love the brothers

I was shocked to to see tonight’s episode seeing Elena feeling for Damon i mean whats the differences between her and Kathrine honestly she loves them both but was shocking that Stefan and Elena broke up =(

Excited to see where the triangle will go. I know Stefan and Elena will split in an upcoming episode and I know that Damon and Elena will go to the lake house during the holiday season…im excited! I just want everything to happen natural don’t rush into a too hot Delena scene..let the burn keep brewing and give it a great beginning to thier romance!
