Rihanna has never been shy about expressing her fondness for marijuana, and now she can smoke it LEGALLY in Colorado and Washington!
After hearing the Nov. 6 election results, Rihanna tweeted, “@9NEWS: Colorado becomes the first state in the country to legalize marijuana. #Amendment64” #catchup.”
Colorado’s winning measure allows for possession of an ounce of marijuana, and approves growing as many as six plants in private, secure areas. Washington’s allows citizens age 21 and over to buy up to one ounce from a licensed retailer. It should be noted that federal law still classifies marijuana was an illegal drug.
