President Obama has been elected to a second term as President of the United States after key wins in battleground states! Read on for details.
After a tense and hard fought campaign against Republican candidate Mitt Romney, President Barack Obama is projected to win re-election in the 2012 presidential election, NBC News reports!
His path to victory was made clear when he was called the projected winner of key battleground states Ohio, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania. These three states pushed the president over the needed 270 electoral votes!
Obama was declared, by NBC News, the projected winner of Ohio and the election after polls had closed on the West Coast. The president’s victory was due, in part, to his holding on to a series of Democratic strongholds, defeating Mitt’s efforts to take back states he had won in 2008 and make inroads into traditionally Democratic strongholds, like Pennsylvania, Minnesota and Wisconsin.
After the race was called, President Obama e-mailed supporters to thank them for their hard work and support: “I’m about to go speak to the crowd here in Chicago, but I wanted to thank you first. I want you to know that this wasn’t fate, and it wasn’t an accident. You made this happen. You organized yourselves block by block…And when it wasn’t easy, you pressed forward. I will spend the rest of my presidency honoring your support, and doing what I can to finish what we started. But I want you to take real pride, as I do, in how we got the chance in the first place. Today is the clearest proof yet that, against the odds, ordinary Americans can overcome powerful interests. There’s a lot more work to do. But for right now: Thank you.”
Congratulations, President Obama!

Obama is only amazing if you are on welfare… If you work like I do, try to afford gas to get back and forth. So now I will quit and wait for my HANDOUTS like all the lazy BLACKS AND BROWNS that voted for him because he is the Messiah. I am enlightened now.
