Avatar star Sam Worthington was arrested for allegedly fighting over the weekend at Vortex restaurant in Atlanta, Georgia.
Sam was reportedly refused entrance to the restaurant/club when he forgot his ID and then was deemed too intoxicated, according to TMZ.
According to the police report, Sam allegedly pushed the doorman twice before getting pepper sprayed and handcuffed until police arrived.
Sam was charged with disorderly conduct — fighting, and the incident was allegedly caught on surveillance footage.
The actor is currently in Atlanta shooting a new movie, Ten, with Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Come on sounds like just maybe the doorman had a jealous thing going on,Sam is over 21,way I.D. him. We don’t know the real story. You got to love these mates from the down and under,they don’t take crap from anyone,they work hard and play hard. The doorman sounds like a real jerk and who knows Sam Worthington just had enough of the ugly american want a be doorman.
