Go ‘Greased Lightening,’ go ‘Greased Lightening!’ ‘Glee’ takes on the cult classic film ‘Grease’ in a brand-new episode, airing Nov. 15!
The Glee studs come together for one hot new track on the Nov. 15 episode, featuring music from Grease! Cory Monteith, Harry Shum Jr., Kevin McHale, and Chord Overstreet join newbies Samuel Larsen, Jacob Artist, and Glee Project winner Blake Jenner for the newly released song, “Greased Lightening!”
November is an exciting month for Glee. Not only does the series return on Nov. 8, after a five-week hiatus, but we’ll also get a Grease tribute episode on Nov 15! Plus, Blake makes his highly-anticipated Glee debut after winning season 2 of The Glee Project!
“Greased Lightening” is one of many tunes that will be featured in “Glease.” And if the rest of the songs are anything like this one — they’ll all be hot, hot, hot!
Take a listen below and tell us what you think! Was dedicating an episode to Grease a wise decision, HollywoodLifers?

I can’t wait to see this double-whammy episode of Glee. It will be exciting to see Blake’s debut and also exciting to see a Grease episode, there are many songs from Grease that I can’t wait to hear the crew of Glee perform and add their own edge to. My DISH coworker told me about this episode so I know I’ll be tuning in. I won’t be home tonight when it airs so I’ll be recording it on my Hopper with the Primetime Anytime feature. I set this up to record all prime time programming that comes on the four major networks, without having to use any individual timers. I can’t wait to watch!
