Talk about an awkward encounter: Katy & Russell found themselves at the same L.A. Lakers game Oct. 29, and they missed each other by only minutes!
Katy Perry is probably thanking her lucky stars that she was late for the L.A. Lakers game Oct. 29, as she narrowly avoided bumping into ex-husband, Russell Brand, outside the Staples center. At least Katy attended the game with her father, and not her boyfriend, John Mayer!
While Russell looked slightly scruffy at the game, Katy cleaned up nicely in a tight leopard-print dress. After the game, the pair managed to not run into each other again, and Katy was seen heading to a recording studio.
Katy is currently dating John, and it looks like she’s finally tamed the notorious ladies man. She even believes he’s “the one!” And Katy and John are very compatible, as their neighbors know all too well!
