Country music was the theme of Dancing With The Stars on Oct.29, but the even bigger theme was sending prayers out to everyone on the East Coast braving Superstorm Sandy.

Although everyone was in the dancing mood, celebs like Sabrina Bryan and Gilles Marini wanted to make sure their loved ones in the Eats Coast were safe and protected in the midst of torrential Hurricane Sandy.

Sabrina Bryan and  Louis Van Amstel danced the Rumba and received a perfect score of 30!. “Stunning…seemless, magic”, says Bruno. Carrie Ann said she had chills the whole time! “It was fantastic,” says Len. After hearing the scores, Sabrina said, “I’m now in an incredible relationship, which makes me feel like I can conquer the world.”

Apolo Anton Ohno and Karina Smirnoff danced the Viennese Waltz for a score of 30 /30. “No questions, you are the leading man. The best I’ve ever seen,” said Bruno. “I am so proud of you. This was your breakthrough number,” said Carrie Ann.

Melissa Rycroft and Tony Dovolani received a standing ovation from Len after dancing the Viennese Waltz. The duo scored 28/30.  “Exquisite…amazing,” said Bruno

Gilles Marini and Peta danced the cha cha cha to Shania Twain’s “Man, I Feel Like a Woman”– receiving a score of 27.5/30. “You give it 100%”, says Len. “That was one of the best performances I’ve ever seen. That was not a dance, that was master class theater,” Bruno raved. “I love you mom,” Giles shouted out after the scores were announced.

Kirstie Alley and Maks danced the Rumba for a score of 27.5/30. “Tonight honey, you are the Queen of Sexy,” said Carrie Ann. “Classy and elegant,” said Bruno. Can you believe Kirstie is 60-years-old?! Amazing!

Shawn Johnson and Derek Hough danced the cha cha cha for a score of 28/30  “The movement was brilliant,” said Len. Shawn was relieved that her sprained knee was doing better after injuring it while goofing around with Sabrina during last week’s group dance rehearsal.

Kelly Monaco and partner Val Chmerkovskiy danced the tango for a score of 27/30. “Nice comeback,” said Carrie Ann. “So intense…you are back in the game big time,” said Bruno.

Emmitt Smith and partner Cheryl Burke danced the fox trot for a score of 26.5/30. Len said, “It was such entertainment and great to watch.”

How did you like tonight’s episode, HollywoodLifers? Who should go home in tomorrow’s elimination?

I thought all of them did amazing last night. I was excited to see Apollo get a perfect score. I was working my shift at DISH last night, so I had to watch it when I got home with the PrimeTime Anytime feature. The Hopper automatically records all the primetime shows on the four major networks for me. This helps me tremendously, because with all the new shows on I always forget what is on during the week. I thought Shawn Johnson did the best, because she mixed in a little country with her Rumba. I cannot wait to see who will be eliminated tonight.
