There’s no doubt that Justin Bieber is one of the biggest pop stars in the world, and it seems he was always meant to be a star! Scooter Braun, Justin’s manager, told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY how he knew Justin would be a hit right from the start!

Justin Bieber has proven that he’s a not just a pop sensation, but also a true talent! Justin was destined to be a star — just ask his manager!

Scooter Braun, Justin’s manager, spoke to HollywoodLife.com about the “Beauty And A Beat” singer at the Pencils of Promise fundraiser in NYC Oct. 25. Scooter talked all about Justin’s talent and how he knew from the beginning that Justin would be star.

“I just knew. It’s hard to explain, but I just knew,” Scooter told HollywoodLife.com exclusively when asked how he knew Justin would be a star.

And boy — he was right!

Scooter also added that he can’t pin point exactly what makes a star, but that it’s a feeling that has to hit him in the gut.

“Its like falling in love – you don’t look for it, it just shows up.  Like when my gut tells me, I know,” he said.

Someone else who saw Justin’s talent early on was superstar Usher. Usher, who was being honored at the Pencils of Promise gala, helped discover and sign Justin.

“You know what, as a performer, I think he is striving to continue to be better,” Usher said of his prodigy, Justin.  “You know to be able to break away from dance and performance and really be able to continue to show his talent vocally and also as a musician.”
