Kristen is reaping the repercussions of her affair with Rupert Sanders — Rob reportedly has ‘trust issues’ with Kristen.

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart may be enjoying their time together, following their romantic reunion after Kristen’s affair, but Rob is reportedly having a hard time forgiving and forgetting.

“There’s still healing to do and trust issues,” a friend tells PEOPLE in this week’s issue, “but Kristen will do whatever it takes.”

So why did Rob take Kristen back? “He never stopped loving her,” the source adds.

Rob showed his love for Kristen during a recent pool date where the two lovers were spotted kissing publicly for the very first time. But their times together are not always rosy.

“There are moments when he continually asks her questions about the affair – so it’s all still very tense — they have some really serious trust issues,” an earlier report by Radar Online states.

We certainly hope that Rob and Kristen can work through their issues and become a stronger, better couple than they were in the past.

@Jerk Hammer – If she has any sense at all it’s been put through a wrecking yard crusher or shredder by now. The mere sight of it, or any Cooper, would likely be an angst trigger for Robert, and intact it’d be worth a bundle to the tabloids. Nope, I’m pretty sure it’s been destroyed. Sorry to take away a gloating point.

They’re back together only months after she made a fool out of him in front of the entire world. They’re WAY ahead of the curve for a couple that’s been through this. That tells me three things. 1) He really loves her, and vice versa. 2) She REALLY didn’t sleep with the Pig. 3) Major extenuating circumstances. Any two of the three might get them back together, but not this soon.

Whatever happened, however it happened. I’m happy for them.

Just the same, being way ahead of the game doesn’t eliminate trust issues. I’ve known couples to have trust issues lasting years after something like this. If they’re in it for the long haul, their counselor will have told them that already. So everybody take a deep breath and quit harping about trust. The earning of trust isn’t an event. It’s a process.

I think when it comes to forgive someone there is no a “specific time” to do that. Its all depends the situation, the people that are involved, i don’t know, You can spend the rest of your life without forgive someone or just doing it in a couple of weeks or months…

If these two weren’t insecure with each other at this time, it would be abnormal. With their love as a foundation and working together and alone to deal with their issues, they will make it. It appears already that they are being a bit more mature concerning the papps – learning to ignore them. Keep up the good work; you two are awesome!

Robert Pattinson want something that he never gonna have: He wants to know if Kristen have sex with Rupert (something that never Rupert gonna answer, and Kristen told to Rob that she didn’t have with that man). In the other side Robert wants to know why did she cheated at him, sorry but he didn’t accept what she said about it: a momentary indiscretion, if he don’t believe on that, Robert will gonna live all his life with that doubt. Robert have a lot of question without answer, of course Kristen answered to him all the trust, so he can’t believe her. Robert Pattinson: if he really love Kristen from the deep of his heart and want to continue with her, because he said that she is the love of his life, you gonna live with that doubt for the rest of your life, with the time you will forget a little bit years after years, FORGIVE: the same as forget. Rob need to prepare to live a life of love and hate Kristen. And no matter if he left her and have another woman in his life, he will not trust on anyone, and the problem will continue until he decide to forgive and forget, if he don’t know how, he will need to learn that with your daily life…..Don’t worry nothing is for ever…so good luck for both I hope the the love triumph for ever.

(I ask you about the forgive and forget, the life of love and hate, the question with or without answer, answer that you don’t believe, the time that take you to forgive and forget, not because I am a phsycologist, not I’m not, but I would live for about a lot of year with that relation, and I know how do Robert feel about that, only the people that have that experience know how is their life from the first day that know that are cheated and if you continuing living with the person who cheated you)……

@woody, but if She never cheats, What kind of guy does Rob is? I mean, if he loves her so much, She would never accept that She were to be blame and cought in a middle of this kind of scandal, Im sure you would never let your wife be in K Place. People Magazine attempts to be a credible source, although some of their biggest R/K pronouncements have come from friends of friends. In other words, people who spend no actual direct time with R/K at all. In contrast, Radar Online appears to be close to 100% fictional, no sources, just pure imagination.

After a cheating, it will worries me if he doesnt have trust issues. It is not normal the way they are behaving with each others, maybe it wont be strange if after 6 months he decides to forgive her, but after 2 months? Everything is to fresh, thats way I dont believe that they are back together because they love each other but for the movie, or that all this cheating was a stunt just to keep them in our minds.
