Weezy is said to be ‘doing better’ after his private jet was forced to make an emergency landing in Texas.
Our thoughts are with Lil Wayne today, as TMZ reports the rapper was hospitalized for several hours Oct. 25 after exhibiting “seizure-like symptoms” while aboard his private jet. The aircraft made an emergency stop in Texas, at which point Weezy was rushed to a local hospital for treatment, a source close to the rapper tells the site.
Lil Wayne reportedly checked out at 6 p.m., and the source says he’s “doing better.”

Despite reports of “seizure-like symptoms,” Lil Wayne’s rep released the following statement to HollywoodLife.com:
“Lil Wayne was successfully released from the hospital after being treated for a severe migraine and dehydration. He is at home on doctor mandated rest and will return to work soon. He appreciates all of his fans for their support and love.”
UPDATE (5:30 p.m.): Lil Wayne was reportedly hospitalized a second time after exhibiting the same symptoms on a flight from Texas to Los Angeles, according to TMZ. The site reports that Weezy was admitted to a hospital in Louisiana for treatment.
