Kellan Lutz Praises Kristen Stewart: She's 'A Strong Cookie'

Kristen’s ‘Breaking Dawn’ costar is speaking out and defending the actress, calling her ‘a strong girl — mentally, physically emotionally.’ Do YOU agree?

Kristen Stewart is currently weathering the consequences of cheating on Robert Pattinson, but according to a new interview with Kellan Lutz, the girl is “a strong cookie!”

“Kristen is a strong girl — mentally, physically emotionally,” he said. “She’s probably one of the best actresses I’ve worked with. She’s a strong cookie! It was really fun to bring that scene to life. I can’t wait to see it at the premiere with the fans,” Kellan told Celebuzz in a new interview of his arm wrestling scene with Kristen in Breaking Dawn Part 2.

We’re not sure if Kellan was talking about Kristen’s personal life, acting or both! Either way, Kristen is definitely a strong woman. Not only has she put on a stellar performance through all five of the Twilight movies, but she has also kept her head held high through the aftermath of her affair with Rupert Sanders.

Kellan has talked about Kristen in the past as well.

“I don’t really like to comment on everyone else’s process, but I think we’ve all done the best we could with this,” Kellan, 27, told Us Weekly on Aug. 24 of missing the days when their lives weren’t under such tight microscopes. “It’s a blessing, but it can be surreal sometimes. I don’t know if we all knew what we were fully getting into on all fronts.”

I think Kristen is a very strong and confident woman, especially since the news of the suspected cheating saga. I have heard that it was Summit/Lionsgate who stopped Robsten from suing US weekly for the ‘fake photos’ because it would be good publicity for BD 2. This would explain Rob’s comments while in Australia about certain things the media have done should be illegal and that he feels like someone has forced him to be in charge of a train ( tried to paraphrase). i guess there is alot about the PR side of Hollywood that we don’t understand. Regardless, kristen is wonderful, l can’t help but be mesmerized by her. I have the same feelings with Rob. Both great actors and we haven’t seen the best that these two can do yet. A lot of people after meeting with Kristen just can not get it out of your head. Men and women as well. She is a wonderful person and a very hardworking and talented.

It’s TOTALLY BELIEVABLE for Rob to have given Kristen another shot. MOST people who go through this ARE still in LOVE. I’m PROUD of him for hot throwing something away that still MIGHT work out. That COULDN’T have been an EASY thing to do, especially with all the JUDGEMENTS flying around about them BOTH – previously and NOW. All this is OBVIOUSLY a publicity stunt but not necessarily one Kristen, Robert or ANY of their Twilight FANS volunteered for. Hollywood did this JUST to cause them PAIN so they could make money off the TEARS of YOUNG GIRLS! You KNOW these Twilight OVER-obsessions were PREVENTABLE, and SO many Twilight Fans are STILL feeling semi-crazy inside because of this PR stunt. TIME to think about putting blame where it belongs – Stephenie Meyer’s PUBLISHER and PRODUCTION companies for their professional negligence in allowing Twilight to be published and produced in SUCH an addictive way. Kristen for being so young, is a admirable girl, has a strong personality, is very talented and by all this is a very strong person, I have great admiration for this great strength she demonstrates!!

There is a huge difference between being strong and being defensive and arrogant. There is a serenity that comes with being strong – you can’t fake it.

It’s so good to hear that there are some people out there that still love Kristen after this so called
cheating which I think is just a bunch a bull. I don’t think she done any of what they said she done
she love’s Rob way to much to do something so stupid, I think someone is out to make her look bad.
No matter how hard they try it will never happen Kristen can never look bad.

@rsd, Their pictures of the day used to be posted on Twitter and you could really tell that they were truly in love. Their chemistry, the way they look into their souls, their smiles for one another, their tenderness for each other. It is very hard to fake that kind of love, that kind of love only comes from
the core of your heart. His smile when he looks down into her eyes is also very evident of their feelings. This is not Nancy, I do know you are one of those that’s in denial about their love for each other.

@Nancy, I think that it was all a stunt, started by Rupert, Rob, Liberty and Kristen. Neither, one of the couples separated from each other. I think that Rob and Kristen never broke up because Rob knows exactly what happened. Rob and Kristen love each other too much to be separated. You can really tell that they are really happy that they are together and going places together.
