We all know Maya (Olivia Scriven) is crazy about Cam (Dylan Everett) — but is he the one she’s singing about in this clip from the 300th episode of Degrassi? Either way, Mo (Jake Neayem) doesn’t think she’s got the sex appeal necessary for Whisper Hug to win the battle of the bands, so he suggests Imogen (Cristine Prosperi) take over the vocals, herself. Ouch!
Maya later receives a much-needed injection of self-esteem from BFF Tori (Alex Steele) — but as Alex tells HollywoodLife.com, the well-intended plan sort of backfires in Tori’s face.
“Tori thinks Maya needs a little confidence boost, so she gives her a makeover … and she maybe boosts it a little too much,” Alex teases.
