Khloe Kardashian Trying To Lose 10 Pounds For ‘The X Factor’

In an attempt to look her best for her new ‘X Factor’ hosting job, Khloe is spending most of her time at the gym getting in tip top shape. Read on, as has all of Khloe’s workout secrets.

If there’s anyone who knows the cameras add a little extra, it’s Khloe Kardashian. But fear not, has learned that Mrs. Lamar Odom is not taking any chances, and has been in and out of the gym perfecting her body before she begins hosting The X Factor with Mario Lopez  November 1.

“She’s working out a bit trying to get ready for The X Factor,” a source EXCLUSIVELY tells “She’s hitting up the gym, jogging around on the treadmill and getting her head right for the show. She know the cameras add 10-pounds so she just trying to look her best. She’s always working out though, so she should be fine.”

Our source adds the reality TV star is “excited and [has] been watching past shows and getting a feel for it.”

“She’s not nervous at all. It’s Khloe, she [feels] like she can do anything.”

As previously reported, a close family member told us “everything is good with The X Factor” and that Khloe’s “really looking forward to it and so is Lamar.”

“He loves her and they support each other on every thing.”
