Donald issued a video on Oct. 24 telling the President that he should release records to prove he’s a true American citizen by Oct. 31 at 5pm but HollywoodLife.com has learned that Donald has not done anything threatening by releasing this — read on to find out why!
Donald Trump‘s video was intense but not illegal. The real estate mogul has been on President Barack Obama‘s case for years to release his birth certificate, passport application and now college records. HollywoodLife.com spoke with former New York prosecutor Raoul Felder and criminal defense attorney Mark Geragos about the shocking new video.
“It is protected speech and not illegal,” Mark says of Trump’s video. “It is ironic however that he is concerned with Obama’s college applications as opposed to Romney’s tax returns.”
Raoul agrees that Donald isn’t doing anything wrong by demanding that Obama release these records.
“Trump is not threatening, he’s offering Obama something,” Raoul tells us. “I dont’ see how Obama could say no. There’s five million to go to charity. It’s not illegal or immoral. Extortion has to have the word or. For instance, ‘pay or die. Pay or I’m going to go to the police.’ Trump is saying if you do this I’ll donate five million to charity.”
Donald says that if Obama complies, he’ll immediately write a check to a charity of Obama’s choice.
“I’ve never heard anything like this in politics,” Raoul says. “But why shouldn’t Obama do it? I voted for Obama the first time. But this is a no brainer, I think since he did release one of the records, just release the rest.”

It’s funny how legal counsel can say that it’s lawful for Obama to be treated this way by Trump. He is threatening Obama and if I were Obama, I would put him in his place where he belongs and have him arrested!!! Trump needs to be stopped and arrested to teach him a lesson. It took blood, sweat and tears for President Obama to get this far and no rich scum of an idiot is going to ruin it for him and as Americans that love Obama, we will not let it happen. I feel that it is apparent that Trump is extremely jealous of the success of this powerful man we call our President of the United States. He needs to respect his President, move on, get over it. He reigns Supreme. No amount of money will buy him out. He is here to stay and there is absolutely NOTHING that Trump can do about it.
