Chris has captured the world’s attention again, and this time, it’s with a gory new music video he’s directing for the rock band, U.G.L.Y. Read more here at HollywoodLife.com for all the EXCLUSIVE video details.
Chris Brown is stepping out of his dance shoes and into the director’s chair, as the R&B bad-boy is directing a gory music video called “Red.” The video, which is for the rock group, U.G.L.Y (Underneath Greatness Lies You), is a band that’s signed to Chris’ CBE label.
“He just being creative with the video,” a source EXCLUSIVELY reveals. “It’s a f**king rock video. He a artist and got talent he trying to get out there. So what if there’s blood and a bi**h on the cutting table. It’s called special effects.”
Because of the rapper’s past violent behavior, the internet was in full panic mode on October 23 when Chris tweeted a gruesome screen grab from the video of a woman sitting on a cutting table covered in blood. “All I SEE IS RED!!!!!” Chris wrote next to the image.” Directing today! “RED” by UGLY.”
But close friends of Chris’ say the video is “[supposed] to be something your a** [talks] about. He did his job because you talking about it. See how that sh** work?”
Yes, we see how it works, because everyone is talking and noticing just how talented and even business-savvy Chris is.
“He dip his hands in all areas of this business and got a about five artists on his label. He got to,” a close pal tells us. “Look at Diddy. You got to have you hands every where. Money flying everywhere and he trying to come up like everybody else. S**t, Chris ain’t stupid.”
What do you think, HollywoodLifers? Do you think Chris will make a good director?
