Robert and Kristen are across the world promoting ‘The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn — Part 2’ — separately. While Rob is promoting and doing interviews in Australia, he’s asked that reporters avoid questions about a certain someone!
Robert Pattinson has been spotted in Australia posing for photos to promote The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn — Part 2, as well as with fans. In a news segment with Ten News, reporter Angela Bishop revealed that Rob asked that she avoid questions concerning or relating to Kristen Stewart.
When asked by Ten News if Angela was allowed to discuss Kristen, Angela said “Interestingly enough it was off limits for the interview and also in an interesting move when he did hit the Sydney red carpet tonight there were no media interviews allowed there so he couldn’t be ambushed by those questions.”
Despite getting back together, Rob sounds a little sensitive about the subject still, but we totally understand that, as he will be doing “back to back interviews” for the next coming weeks, he doesn’t want to relive the whole dilemma — again.
A prime example of what Rob’s hoping to avoid? In one of his first interviews since the cheating scandal, with Good Morning America, they were asked to avoid any questions regarding the subject but decided to ask anyway, which made Rob extremely uncomfortable. So uncomfortable that it was painful to even watch.
Rob was asked on GMA: “What do you want your fans to know about your personal life?”
In between him ranting and mumbling, all he could say was “Cinnamon Toast Crunch has 30 calories a bowl.”
What do you think, Hollywoodlifers? Is it respectable that Rob wants to avoid the topic of Kristen?
