Jessica Sanchez was cast on Glee, following a successful run on season 11 of American Idol, and now we have all the details on her highly anticipated role!
“Michael Ausiello broke news of Jessica Sanchez on Glee. With voices like Jessica, Lea, Naya, Melissa, Amber, and Jenna…Streisand episode?” Glee creator Ryan Murphy tweeted, confirming the news.
Following Ryan’s tweet, we were anxious to find out more! Who would she date? Who would she sing with? Finally — we have answers!
Jessica tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively, “It’s all a mystery to me right now, we just found out when we are going to start shooting and that is all I know pretty much! I want a chance to sing with all of [the cast], there is not one particular person, I like all of them and I am excited to sing next to anyone.”
Personally, I can totally see Jessica in a romance with Finn (Cory Monteith). Yes, I said it. I’m done with the “Finchel” and I’m down with the “Brachel!” In turn, Finn needs a love interest of his own. How hot would him and Jessica be together?

I think she’s pretty and has a good voice. She might be a bit young for Finn though, especially since she’s 16/17 and Cory Monteith is 30. I just hope they don’t just cast her as Santana’s long-lost sister or something just because she’s Latina.
