[PIC] ‘Gossip Girl’ Series Finale: Serena & Dan’s Wedding Revealed

Blair won’t be the only one to get her fairytale ending — Serena walks down the aisle, too! Read on for all the jaw-dropping details!

It looks like the Gossip Girl finale will come around full circle! Lonely Boy Dan Humphrey (Penn Badgley) will finally get the girl of his dreams, Serena van der Woodsen (Blake Lively)!

Blake was photographed in character donning a beautiful, gold gown adorned with a tulle-skirt and Penn was looking dapper in a tuxedo. We can only assume that this pic is of their big wedding day — which was taken while filming the final episode of the series on Oct. 16 in NYC.

But as you know, Gossip Girl fans, Derena won’t be the only ones walking down the aisle. Blair (Leighton Meester) and Chuck (Ed Westwick) were also spotted tying the knot in Central Park on Oct. 15.

This is amazing news for all Chair and Derena shippers who have supported the show since the very beginning! I’m happy to see that the finale will end right where it began– unless we’re being tricked and this all ends up just being a dream!

I like how its a happy ending- Dan & Serena were meant to be just like Chuck and Blair. I’m excited to see Eric and Jenny back one last time.

Nate and Serena could never get together. they are like to people from different universes.

i can not understand them who said serena should be with nate…have you watch gossip girl ever?there is too many relationship in this series but there is only one love history that which is the real love..thats serena and dan!

Dan/Serena and Chuck/Blair is the way it SHOULD be. They have always been the two developed couples on the show, their is history and connection there. I want them together and have always remained rooting for both of them.

Nate and Serena weren’t even made a big deal.Nate loved Serena but she never loved him in the same way, that was made VERY clear when she chose Dan over him and not only that but called Dan the love of her life. How much clearer can you get? For Serena, at the end of the day, it was always her and Dan.

I agree DD I think Serena should end up with Nate. Dan hates them all and Serena and Dan would just end up like lily and Rufus. Nate and Serena are the perfect couple. Season 5 was all about how Nate can’t find a woman who can fit into his UES lifestyle but Serena is that girl! Dan wants to write his story and get the hell out so why have him marry Serena? And how are they going to get Serena and Dan together in 8 episodes? They are already making progress with Serena and Nate with thier cute strolls and coffee dates, and talks about how they keep making the same dating mistakes over and over. They belong together!

You are forgetting last season where Serena confessed that Dan is the love of her life, and S4 where she chose Dan over Nate. Serena has always loved Dan.

And you are forgetting that Dan chose Blair over Serena last season and told Serena that he doesn’t even know who she is anymore and is done with her after she tricked him into having sex with her at the end of season 5. As I said before they will be just like lily and Rufus. 2 people who are from such different worlds that they can’t meld them together. One of them would have to give up too much of who they are for them to be together. Unlike chuck and Blair who are perfect for each other. And Nate and Serena are both ready to grow up and be taken seriously, while Dan is acting like a petty, vindictive child with the new gossip book and wanting to destroy everyone on the UES and then get out and never look back. I don’t see how they can turn that around in 8 episodes.

awww they are adorable together..<33 I know i wanted Serena to marry Nate too, but.. what do you prefer? Serena with lonely boy or with that horrible man Steven…? Honestly, Derena.. God, i really was hoping that she finishes with Nate:( thats a shame.

I actually read a spoiler about this! as you’ll notice, Dan doesn’t look as happy as Serena. Well, apparently, Dan is playing her…and it’s all for his book!
