At the Jonas Brothers comeback concert on Thursday, Oct. 11, Nick Jonas introduced a song he wrote entitled “Wedding Bells,” a song that Nick all but confirmed is about ex-girlfriend Miley Cyrus and her engagement to Liam Hemsworth. Miley’s finally commented on the song, telling Ryan Seacrest it’s “pretty blatant” that it’s about her!
Miley spoke with Ryan on his radio show On Air with Ryan Seacrest on Thursday, Oct. 18. When asked if she thought the song was about her, she responded, “I don’t know who else is getting married…so I feel like that’s pretty blatant, it’s whatever.”
“Like I said, everyone has to write songs that are about things that they felt and he even introduced that this isn’t the way that I am,” she continued. “So, you can’t ever hate on someone for writing about something you’ve been through. I think that you kind of get a fair warning when you date an artist and someone that’s a writer. When you’re going through things that you’re going to end up hearing about it on the radio.”
When pressed again about whether she thought it was about it, she played coy, saying, “I don’t know…wedding bells are in my future, so I don’t know.”
