'Glee' Spinoff In The Works? Ryan Murphy Teases Quinn/Santana Show

A Rachel/Kurt spinoff was shelved last year, but Ryan may have a new ‘Glee’ spinoff in the works! Would YOU watch?

Quinn (Dianna Agron) will finally make her return to Glee during a Thanksgiving themed episode. But creator Ryan Murphy may be eyeing a bigger venture for Quinn AND Santana (Naya Rivera)!

“Why am I so obsessed and proud about the Quinn/Santana friendship? It’s my new favorite thing. Spin off?” Ryan tweeted on Oct. 13.

The girls recently reunited on the set of Glee as Quinn is back in Lima for Thanksgiving. She will reportedly share scenes with Kitty (Becca Tobin), fueling speculation that Quinn will take the newest Cheerio under her wings. Unfortunately, Santana “has a real problem with it,” HollywoodLife.com’s sister site TVLine reports.

Ryan’s tweet seems to point at an interest in creating a spinoff from Glee – after a failed attempt last year.

Ryan even admitted to having “great plans” for Quinn! “Gleeks, please relax,” Ryan tweeted after Dianna was missing from the season 4 cast photo. “Dianna is still on the show. We love her and have great plans for Quinn. #QuinnFabrayLives.”

I would watch a NYC spin-off that included Kurt, Rachel, Santana and Quinn, yes. But NOT one that excluded any current NYC characters. I would LOVE the above spin-off, esp if we could also get Mike and Mercedes dropping in.

Finn’s doing fine, holding things down in Lima and I’m glad Puck’s going to join them there; hasn’t been right without him. So I would be ecstatic with Glee Lima and Glee NYC
