The Shocking Reasons Why Emily Maynard & Jef Holm Split -- Report

Jef called Emily a ‘bad mom’ and Emily called Jef boring, according to a new report. Read on for more of their outrageous jabs that eventually led to the demise of the their relationship.

When Jef Holm said “forever” while proposing to Emily Maynard — we’re sure he didn’t mean only a few months! The latest Bachelorette couple have officially called it quits, releasing amicable statements to PEOPLE magazine. However, a new report claims there was more going on that caused the breakup — from Jef criticizing Emily’s parenting skills to Emily thinking Jef wasn’t interesting enough!

“He would taunt her and call her a bad mom,” a source tells Us Weekly. “He was always criticizing her, but that was especially hurtful.”

Jef, 28, also reportedly felt like he couldn’t trust Emily. Jef first raised concerns about Emily being unfaithful at Bachelor producer Cassie Lambert‘s wedding on August 4.

“She was being very flirty,” a source tells the mag, adding Jef stormed to the car at the wedding after seeing her talk to other guys while Emily continued to have a good time.

But Emily wasn’t the only one with a wandering eye. Jef was reportedly spotted cozying up to a blonde on Oct. 4 in Long Beach, Calif., and hooked up with a girl in the bathroom during that same West Coast trip! Jef also allegedly kissed his ex-girlfriend, Kaylee Shepherd, in his hotel room on Sept. 21. Once Jef got to know Emily after the show he found that he didn’t really like her as a person, according to the report.

“He thinks she’s immature and only thinks of herself,” a source tells the mag.

And the feeling was mutual.

“She thinks he’s boring. She actually told me, ‘Jef’s not Mormon, he’s bore-mon,” a source tells the mag.

Not shocked at all about this break up. Did everyone not know that those two would never last? She is such a phony, whine, whine, whine, all about herself, trying so desperately to be something that she isn’t and never will be. Why doesn’t she just take the Hedrick money and go about her merry little way. No man wants an all about herself immature whinner.

She’s a bad mother? That’s rich coming from a young man who threw a 7 yr old out of his home in the middle of the night. Am I the only one that noticed the kazillion pics of him posing with other girls these past months? He’s full of himself and the fame has gone to his head! Good riddens Em..you need a grown up!

You guys say she self centered? UH NO. She actually has standards and a little thing called Self Respect. 2 qualities that few women have these days. Just because a woman believes she deserves the best and knows that she/her time is valuable doesn’t make her self centered it makes her confident and smart.

It is not shocking considering the circumstance of how they meet, reality sets in once the glamour and fantasy is over. I have to say that there is something to be said about someone that has been engaged 3 times and it ends, even though the 1st engagement ended in a tragic way that no one should experience. i think bullets have been dodged. i do feel that it is about money and fame and all about what she wants. and age has allot to do with it.

Emily is giving up. She promised Jef she said no matter what we will work it out. Look at them and what happen. I remember Jed told her he will love her forever

She might go after the race car driver. Emily is after money and fame. She is a spoiled brat, just like her daughter. Whoa be unto any man that gets involved with her.
